Oh dear, hitting out at the competition in your official capacity. Get your lawyers ready
I may not post here in an official capacity but I sure as hell know better than to slag off the competition.0 -

Yes Official Company representatives are actively encouraged to post on the forum to provide good customer service to MoneySavers, not to knock their competitors.0 -
If you look under her name your see she has been granted Approved Company Representative status.
Yes, just seen that. Still don't believe it's ethical for her, in an official capacity, to get involved in threads that are discussing a rival energy company's failings/errors etc. It's all going to end in tears, mark my words...Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -

MSE Martin has just clarified the position and you are not permitted to do that as a company representative, sorry.MSE_Martin wrote: »...However the rules are strict - they shouldn't be pumping their products and should only be responding to DIRECT issues concerning their company. Will we now be seeing an E.ON EnergyOnline Extra Saver v13 in the immediate future?
If we do, it will be the usual trick of making them more than 9% cheaper, to entice us all to move tariffs, before bumping this one up more than the others. Either way, I very much doubt my electricity ends up 9% cheaper. Usually, they manipulate the online/direct debit discounts.
Problem is though, I think they all do it!0 -

1carminestocky is correct, we do only work office hours.
Quite a few of you have now posted comments and questions about our announcement yesterday, so I’ll try to answer as much as I can.
The reason that our price reduction is only for electricity is that we’ve already been amongst the cheapest out there for gas during the winter, when people need it most. And although British Gas dropped their gas prices by 10%, it really only brought them into line with what ours have been for months.
Most people’s gas usage is highest in winter and lowest in the summer, whereas for electricity we use a similar amount all year round. So we’ll all benefit by the electricity prices coming down now because we don’t use so much gas from March onwards anyway.
We might be able to drop prices further in future if the wholesale prices carry on coming down.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.
Hi Helena,
I know you are just an staff of EON, but can you tell me why they increase my electricity by £66.00 from £47.00 every fortnight, I've just read on teletext they are cutting their electric by 9% also had to get legal aid onto to them because they broke the contract they gave me for simple reason i miss a payment which I caught up with, I told them I was sick and couldn't deal with any bills at the time and why the heck do they keep saying the customer is using more electricity than we can afford, I am afraid this is complete bo@@@@@ocks, i am using less electricity now than ever before, because the council put an 8inches thick insulation in my loft, i only use 1 heater in my flat.
EON is a right rip off, I was with LEB as far as I was concern i have never change my electricity company, seems this private company has worm it's way in without us knowing and start crucifying their poor customers.
sorry just want to put a penny worth of my opinion.

So in your 'official capacity' are you standing by this statement? The reason that our price reduction is only for electricity is that we’ve already been amongst the cheapest out there for gas during the winter, when people need it most. And although British Gas dropped their gas prices by 10%, it really only brought them into line with what ours have been for months.0 -
Will the Eon reps respond to any questions asked here?0
