mobile phone ive changed to a cheap line rental that gives me inclusive minutes so im going to be using them to the maximum.
Dont need a landline cos i live with mate and his girlfriend.
Work doesnt provide any of the ravel schemes that u have mentioned unfortunatley
Good idea with the 0% card though with cashback as that sounds a good idea....Savings Total so far for 2023: £8,062.580 -
Jamesy, firstly you could chargew for people to vote in your poll's!
:rotfl:
Nah seriously mate, know what you mean by the savings! I've got a few hundred in premium bonds just in case! Perhaps though when you have £1,500 you could put the extra tenner to your debts?
The other thing regarding your bank account? Your not with Natwest and the advantage gold account are you? They were charging me £10 a month for this so I cancelled it and still kept my overdraft!
If not with Natwest have you thought of changing accounts? There must be one out there offering £50 or something to open one!
Also I thought you had a car?
And what rate are you paying on your Egg loan?
Keep up the good work fella! :T :beer:0 -
Hi
Does your budget include food shopping, toiletries, etc? Couldn't see this listed on your details.
Good luck with your plan
LWhat's he building in there???

hiya SS :hello:
If i charged for my polls and urs we would be millionaires :rotfl:
Im with Barclays i might go and see them next week, and see if i can get them to stop the £10 charge and keep the overdraft cos i need to see them about a few change of details at the moment.
Yeah ive got a car ur right about that but insurance ive already paid for and as for Road Tax im going to use my savings for that bcos thats due the end of this month. Petrol i take out of my £20 budget but as i use the car so little these days £5 of petrol gives me nearly two weeks so i use it out of the money i budget myself for every week.
My Egg Loan is at 7.7% and also allows me to over pay.
cheers for the comments mate :TSavings Total so far for 2023: £8,062.580 -

with food shopping i eat very little not cos im skint but i generally eat only small amounts cos im trying to lose weight. As it stands at the moment ive got enough food in freezer and fridge to last me 3 weeks so i will see how much i need to budget and might try and do that out of my £20+ budget i set myself.Savings Total so far for 2023: £8,062.580 -

Find out when your mate and his GF want a romantic night in...... say you would like to go out so they can have the place to themselves, but havent got the cash to do so.
They give you a tenner to go out to the cinema or something. Spend it minimally, and save the difference.
That money making tip is copyright of my younger brother and sister..... :rotfl:Smile!0 -
