In that case then, i might as well replace my Lancome L'Extreme mascara. Its my favourite mascara, but at £17 a time, its hardly very moneysaving.
Perhaps we should have suggestions of things to buy in Boots that might be things needed rather than wanted. I know everyone is in different circumstances and with different stores but maybe it would be useful. My suggestions are tights ( on 3 for 2), tissues and batteries.
Not very inspiring I suppose. Also using the meal deal for picnics whenever we go to another town and are tempted to eat in a cafe.. weather permitting.

Went to boots at Lakeside yesterday. They had the Lynx xmas sets , including (either) boxer shorts or mobile phone chargers.........................for £2.50! loads & loads of them!!! Cheaper than buying the bits seperately. Shame not included in the £10 offer.
I didn't buy any! Got a few last week at £5 each somewhere else and paid in points.
The lovely SA's there put all the AC vouchers through on everything I did try. Got 5 x 100 points twice on Lynx and the £4 off, plus 2 skin vouchers.
Also EI, still on BOGOF, which did only go through as 150 points on total.
SA said to go back and get some more vouchers, but when she tried to scan my 150 again for me, it wouldn't work, so I didn't go back to AC for more. Nice of her to try and she would have done it had it worked............bless!
I had a major splash out on impluse buy (always a bad thing to do, but what the hell?. There will be more points to blag soon), and spent 9999 points on a Tasimo coffee machine...........................and I don't drink coffee?????
Its a great gadget and makes hot choc. Not money saving but fun.

Is it just me and I know I shouldn't really complain because they are free but, has anyone else noticed how inferior Bodyform are compared to Always? I'm getting through the packets much quicker!

Also, when you all order from Boots online...are you doing it through one of the cashback sites? If not, think about it, I use Bighair and get 3% back on any Boots spending.

    Happy Bootsing.

    Quidco is 4.5% cashback.

I bought a Tassimo Coffee machine from Boots.com just before xmas - they are brilliant machines and as I have just recently had a baby really easy to use with one hand! My mum got a senseo but she doesn't like it as much as my Tassimo. The pods can be a little bit expensive but boots and tesco were doing an offer of buy 4 for £10.00 so I am just waiting for that offer to crop up again.

Can I just confirm that if you buy two £7.50 No7 suncare on bogof you still get the giftbag (even though you have only spent £7.50)

Not sure if I understood previous post properly.

    Many thanks
My experience was that I bought two no 7 firm your body balms BOGOF at the cost of £8.50 for the two and the till still allowed me to have the free bag.
Presumably it registered two no 7 items at £8.50 as £17.00 , which triggered permission for the free bag and then it deducted one of the £8.50 . Which left me at a lot less than the £15 'requirement' spent on no 7 but still with the free bag.

I think that if you can find two £7.50 No7 suncare on bogof the till is willing to give you the bag. The question will be whether the SA will put it through and whether they will query it when they realise what has happened. As usual it will help to have other things in your basket to make the glitch less obvious. HTH :D
Nothing in it, nothing in it but a ribbon round it .....

just been to 2 boots in north london, no points on sc machine and i tried 4 different machines in both shops. on the bright side though i got 6 pks bodyform + 3 mini t s + tresemme bogof all 4 £10.20 paid with vouchers and still got skincare voucher, so i got the last td handcream left. then i went to 2 boots + got 5 pks bodyform with vouchers and found skincare voucher in carpark so got td exfoliator all freebies. then i went to tesco ( going off track a bit) and bought cooked chicken with bodyform vouchers and mr t gave me a book that had been overpriced when scanned. all in all a gr8 day when your skint.
