Can anyone tell me if I should have got a skincare voucher today.
I bought a few items and the total came to £10.23. I used 5 of the bodyform £1 vouchers and paid the remaining £5.23 in cash.
When I asked the SA if I got the voucher she looked at me as if I was stupid and said "no you have only spent £5.23".
I think I should have got a voucher as my total "spend" came to over £10......... what do you think??0 -
freebie_junkie wrote:i did that with a reduced gift set taht was £2.50 (the same one i think- with a red lipstick and nail polish?) i went back but teh SA refused to add teh points coz it was a gift set i tried another till but i got the same response so i got a refund but tehy never took off the points off my card so i guess i did gain 10p for my troubles! hehe! :rolleyes:0

i was in my local boots this pm and they are reducing all FCUK, Brillcreme & Charle Worthington men's to 1/2 price (CW is being discountinued according to the lady marking everything down) and they are still included in the spend £10 save £4 promo. Shame the FCUK vouchers are no longer in the machine
but did get 6 FCUK £21 worth of stuff for £6.50 so not a bad deal.
Also the 25% off mini mode reduction worked for me today on a reduced item (didn't th other day) anyway bought a summer boys cap (navy blue with rectangle badge with 3 stars & mini on it) 1/2 price at £1 went through the till at 60p & reduced by 25% so paid 45p for it BARGAIN! :j
TIP
If you have a double points voucher with a 'new card' the till only sees uses against the card you use so even if used once against another card it thinks this is the first use on another, you get it back and can be used again.
Found this out by accident today :T0 -

I have done something similar and got the £5 skincare voucher, so I don't see why they wouldn't give you one. What a meany SA. It should say on your receipt if you have earnt a voucher.0 -

My receipt does not mention the skincare voucher - but I did use a 75 extra points for over £10 spend and this was added.0 -

It wouldn't be so bad if they were Boots coupons, but they get the money back for the Bodyform vouchers from the manufacturer, so effectively you have spent £10.0 -
Can I just confirm that if you buy two £7.50 No7 suncare on bogof you still get the giftbag (even though you have only spent £7.50)
Not sure if I understood previous post properly.
Many thanks0 -

they tried to tell me this too but i told them that the bodyform are manufacturers coupons and as ive bought the items this is treated as cash not a boots reduction the till should prompt them to give you a voucher check your receipt or ask to see the manager like i did0
