Starting a claim for PPI with Welcome Finance

Hope they get there soon.;)

I will say though - sometimes this does not always show up on the tracking online, you can also ring the postal services and they check your tracking number for you........that is what I can remember, there should be a customer service number for this, think this starts off as automated, then tracking should come up, then press that number which takes you to tracking your item.;)

Good luck and they may even be open now for this phone service.

Still undelivered on the track and trace service. I was contacted by Welcome today by the compliance dept, I told the young lad there about the letter and the evidance it has enclosed. Also the fact that all documents are kept and I am going to the FSA & FOS if I am unsucessfull. Also The details of this case against Welcome is going to be put into the public domain via various means ie tv radio newspapers. As welcome are obviously as bad as a legalised loan shark. He just sadi please please post another letter so we can again look into your case. So a new letter is being posted in about 10 minutes.

Still showing as accepted by the local post office. I have sent another letter unrecorded as per Welcomes instructions. Sol00 Has your letter been delivered yet?

Its just interesting the fact that 2 letters to the same address we showing undelivered the other day. Hopfully they have now received at least one of letters. I suppose its now just a case of waiting for them to respond. If the letters are not being received I may just turn up at the Ruddington office and hand deliver it with a letter to be signed to state they have received it.

No it's still showing as being at the Post Office. I sent another copy, unrecorded, on Saturday, so hopefully they'll get this.

I have recently started a PPI reclaim with Welcome, I have received their final response letter today stating as I had my finance through a broker I should direct my complaint and request for refund to them.

Is this correct, who is responsible? I purchased a car from a forecourt, the finance was arranged over the phone with Auto Credit Finance but the finance was funded by Welcome. Who is responsible?

Hi there

If this was arranged through a broker then yes write to them, just enclose a copy of the letter you received from Welcome Finance, so they know you have already been that direction and of course this will again be 8 weeks that they have to investigate.;)

Still no response from Welcome finance. And the recorded letter is showing as received by the post office. Not showing delivered. A few phone calls to be made today to welcome finance. Lets see what their stance is today.
