Hi all, Newbie here.

I recently applied for a Vanquis card, I have quite a poor rating. I recieved a letter asking for proof of ID, I promptly sent back a photocopy of my passport, but have not heard back, what do you think my chances of approval are?

If they are asking for proof of ID I always take that as a good sign.

I hope it is. I thought it was strange that they havent contacted me and was thinking that was a bad sign?

how often to vanquis give limit raises? is it set like cap one?

the second increase is 7mth isnt it? or on 7th statement - anyone remember? Ive had mine about 6 months now.....

Yay got my card today! Pin number to follow ! :D:D

Thanks for your advice on direct debits ..... tis all sorted via a telephone call ! Set payment to minimum for the moment but think I'm going to change it to the full amount.

My welcome pack said they had sent some cheques ?? Didn't get any ? Whats that all about then ? :eek::eek::eek:
