I'm slightly puzzled .....

Ive just been goggling Images of Vanquis Credit Cards (Very sad I Know....)

But there is a reason for this bizarre behaviour .... Vanquis haven't sent me the standard Blue Visa Card thats advertised everywhere. They've sent me a card that has an orange background wiith a set of Blue and Yellow Beads on it .....

Apparently on googling this Ive received an 'Abacus' designed card as used on the now-defunct 'Abacus Vanquis Card'.
I've re-checked my welcome pack and I defintely have a standard "Vanquis Visa Card" account.

Therefore I'm not sure why I have the Abacus Card design, but assume its because I am a discharged bankrupt, rather than just a customer with poor credit card history ? ( my theory being that the old Abacus Accounts were for customers with cleared CCJ's etc.)

Can anyone clarify this ?

Apologies if this is common knowledge, but I cannot find any information regarding this on the Vanquis website
