Dont actually kno if its the fact that i was calling 08007816314 number on my mobile using the 0800buster service?

but i tried the 08708507755 and it just didnt ring
Not sure about the freephone numbers, never used it.
Have always used the 0870 number, free with BT Anytime..think I may have to pay now though for the 0871 number but not sure...
0870 and 0845's are free but no mention of the 0871 which is a pity as I check account regularly...Think it's yet another FETISH of mine :D

They rang me on my mobile! Umteen times!
Vanquis do not and will not continue to ring you on a mobile...If no landline, they WILL now ring a mobile but if not answered after a couple of attempts you will get a letter asking you to ring them or IF borderline you will be declined.

No, I concur with Brian and have stated this in earlier post. I actually have a friend who is a manager there and he also confirmed this.

Those are the facts, unless of course you can and would like to prove otherwise. Too many of us have dealt with Vanquis in the past and can even calculate when and what increments people will get (usually accurate as well) so whilst your opinion may be valid, we do prefer facts.

I just got a loan but im paying every month, not missed a payment on anything for over 2 years! Cool I'll wait til next month, does the increase vary between different people? I.e if someone spends 50 a month and pays it off they may only get £150 increase whereas if someone spends 150 a month they may go get a £350 increase?

Increments with Vanquis are usually as follows:

    4 months from £250 to £500
    7 months from £500 to £1250

But the date range can vary, sure someone with a top limit can confirm the exact ranges but usually they are set - no matter if you pay a little or full balance..... :D

That can sometimes vary as you pointed out.

Swings and roundabouts. It all depends on what mood they're in.

    I would say so.

It may go to £2000. A nice gold card for you.

Do you use the card Scott?
