Your excited at that  try getting a proper card with a proper lender at a fantastic 9% yes you heard (%, that could possibly be due to me having connections, a perfect credit score and a special discount applied to all my products held with the private bank i deal with.

Ill never understand these people who get excited at at rate like that,no doubt you'll go out and blow it all straight away

    Twonk.

If you read my post I have no intention of blowing it all.
And I'm really very, very sorry that I do not bank with a private bank or have a perfect creit score.

I tell you what, go stick your perfect card up your perfect @rse.

Did you by some chance think that people on here apply for vanquis as if they have a choice, this card is aimed at people trying to rebuild their credit history. Or did you post on here to wind people up? Troll perhaps

Hi Chris, you haven't been on recently.
  • Do Vanquis send their card through regular mail or do they use DX secure mail services? Got a DX slip and have had some missed calls from Vanquis, hoping I've been accepted :)

I don't even intend taking it out of the house :rotfl:

You need to. You'll only get a decent rate of interest once you have shown you can manage credit. No matter how much it makes you grind your teeth, you need to both spend on it and pay off the debt on it.

Mate your signature is a little dubious........ it is advertising a 3rd party website.

Vanquis don't change rates much so no, you do not need to spend on it because the green [0]'s are all that is required and they come so long as the account is active. Most if us don't use the Vanquis card but keep it as a spring-board knowing that after a few months other companies will consider us.

I've used mine maybe 4 times in the last 5 months and had increases the lot - best of all i've now got 6 little green [0]'s and 2 mainstream cards since taking Vanquis out.
