Ssssss, well done on your first week of work. It's hard starting a new job - lots to take in/new people to meet/new things to learn (i know cos I started a new job in Dec) so make sure you look after yourself on your time off. Well done, I'm so pleased for you.
Welcome to newcomers, and hello to everyone. Hope you are all ok.
Have had a bad day today, been very fragile for a while and had a huge emotional explosion this afternoon. Things have been getting too much for me, I think I'm fighting off a virus and just am not coping in general. Had a great afternoon with a friend and DH, and spent the whole time wanting to kill them! Eventually I burst into noisy tears and cried for ages, and then DH took me home. My friend and DH were really kind. My friend was going to cook us dinner at her place and some other people were coming, including the most annoying person in the world, so I'm quite glad I got out of it, altho sad for DH as he was looking forward to it. He has a headache tho, so maybe it's just as well.
I'm going to bed now. I know it's early, but I've had a blocked ear for two days which is really painful, I've had a headache for 11 days on and off, and I ache all over and just feel rubbish! Plus I want to cry and feel if I start I may never stop, so perhaps sleep would be a better option. I really want to make a go of this job, I so don't want to lose it like the last one cos I'm too ill to work. Hopefully I will feel better soon and be able to cope again. At the mo I feel like I may explode from stress. There is nothing really stressful in my life, just a million teeny tiny stresses that add up and make life almost unbearable.
Sorry to offload all this on you all, just needed to get it off my chest!

Hi all
Been a couple of up and down days, mostly good I think!
Speaking of the decaff tea - I was a caffeine fiend til not very long ago, although ironically I always drink decaff tea because it tastes so much nicer! I get very anxious at times and I realised caffeine was not helping so I've pretty much cut it out completely apart from the odd bottle of Lucozade once a week. The difference is amazing, it really is! :j:j:j I'm so much less fidgety and anxious about random things, trouble is I'm knackered most of the time - I suppose being nearly 39 weeks' pregnant doesn't really help that though so should prob get rid of those jumping smilies!
Had a nice surprise letter (don't *think* I've mentioned this?) saying I'm getting a refund on an old travel card I used. So have a bit of unexpected cash to buy a handful of last-minute baby-related things and then can throw the rest at debts, yay!
Great about the job Sssssss, and rosepink, big hugs and here is deffo the place to unload, don't feel bad about that ever! xxxxxDealing with my debts!Currently overpaying Virgin cc -balance Jan 2010 @ 1985.65Now @ 703.63

had a fairly ok day, kids behaved which helps, done a bit of knitting, and also made a valentines card for bf, which took ages to do, but the result was worth the effort, daniel asked me if i had really made it
on to my second bottle wine tonight, dont drink every night, but the amount is increasing again, so must keep an eye on it. dosent help spending saturday night alone, whilst bf in pub with his mates,.

thanks everyone it was a good week and the people are lovely. I had a few moments when I just wanted to crawl under the duvet insterad of going but once I get to work everything is fine.
I'm just so tired that last night the 'weird' dreams came back, in one of the dreams the people I work with didn't want to help me, this is a hang up from my last job over two years ago where I was badly treated, funny how the mind / brain does not let go.
But now in the cold light of day I can see the new job is nothing like the old and everything will turn out okay. Still I'm going to go and see my doctor, I always ike to see him everytime there is a major change in my life.
rosepink1984, never be afraid to cry, it's a great way to release all that's been bothering you.
Happy Sunday everyone and be good to yourselves.0
