There is an unofficial strike in one office in Belfast resulting in much of Belfast having no mail delivered and no mail getting out of Northern Ireland. Special delivery service has been cancelled. This has been going on for over two weeks now because of a dispute over a disciplinary matter0 -

yes, i'm very fed up with it. oh and i are splitting up, and i am waiting on my mortgage confirmation from alliance and leicester to pay oh off so he can move out. hells bells, its a nightmare in uttoxeter, all becos of a postal strike in belfast.
