have not read all of the posts only page 1 + 8

but i work for orange and the bundled min line only works as a guidance and is not to be relied upon (as most of you already know)

you have nothing to fall back on if you use this service and then complain later about how many mins you have used

I have been about through out, but the billing was late!!! I've got 127 mins remaining.. my plan is only 120!!!!

Its now working from phone as well.

It is working for me as well from phone. Minutes updated today morning and also correct as I expected.

After 4 weeks my minutes are back up and running this morning, Hooray! So yours should be back up soon. Fingers crossed.
