    good morning :hello:

firstly WELL DONE to all the newbies - you are all doing a great job :T :T

we had another 'poo incident' at night from dd (luckily she still wears nappies in bed!) - and she's ever so good getting changed and back to bed!
and again she told me before bed that her bottom 'hurts' and i kind of knew the sign but couldn't convience her to go to the toilet

dusty my 2 love their ds lites!! they are not that easily to break really but my 2 are rather young and they do get dropped alot - but are still working!
altho OH will get a new case for one (the hinges do suffer easily)
games depends on what he's interested in? but i agree all the mario games should be allright (i like the one something ... brothers in time?!? have to look for the name)

toots there are times i do miss them but mostly only for a quick natter and then i am glad again not to be that close :D
i do talk to my older sister alot - and DID try to stay in contact with the rest, but if nothing comes back why would i bother?!
i DO give in and start again sometime (like yesterday) - but i am certain if i don't stick to it nothing will come my way ...iykwim

Wow that's a bit different from a DS game! Hope you all have a fantastic time :)

    Morning :hello:

Not much flying will get done here as I this morning I am going to bring Dad's car here after the school run provided it is not too icy underfoot. Then I have to go to Morrisons before collecting W from school at 10.40 for an appt with the school dr in the next village. After that I shall pick my friend up who is still off work (2nd wk) who can't drive at the mo and is getting cabin fever. We will prob get lunch out somewhere, not sure exactly where yet, back in time to pick kids up from school!

About the only bit of flying in that lot is the shopping, if I get that done quickly then I might crack on with some more ironing ;)

    Have a good one xx

  • Good Morning :D

I have decluttered 2 teeth this week :D :rotfl: one yesterday in guided reading time at school and the other in maths the other day! I got £1 for the one I lost in maths and 2 x 50p for the one I lost yesterday. I am saving the money for a new DS game, I need to save £30 so that I can get 2 of the £19.59 games for £30 from Argos :D

When I get back from school I am going to start decluttering my bedroom because W has to go swimming this afternoon.

Urrrmm I have both. Use the small hand held for quick jobs (it was a freebie from the catalogue) And the big one (£30 price drop, eletec model - my other one died) I use for the big patio windows, serious deep cleaning freshening up of furniture, matresses - they really do feel so much cleaner after this. carpets, defrosting the freezer - makes the job soooo much easier and quicker etc etc

  • Good morning everyone  I'm full of the joys today, as I have a 6-day weekend :j :j :j and then only one day at w*** next week (as it's half-term) followed by another 6-day weekend :j :j :j

We've all been so busy the last few days that the house looks like it's been burgled  :o so I'm going to be having several HHFs (that's HH Frenzies :p:D ) to get it sorted. I've assembled a pasta bake for tea while I chatted with the children over breakfast, they're out at Scouts tonight, and I'm planning baking tomorrow, so there shouldn't be any more mess made today

So who's joining me for the first of many HHF's between 8:30 - 9:00

Morning everyone. Not caught up with the thread yet. I'm way back on page 22 at the moment, but will try to catch up as the day goes on.

I have to go to the Dr's in half an hour and DH will be vacating the house for most of the day soon after, so I have a day to myself again:j

DD made a remarkable recovery as the day went on yesterday:rolleyes: So is being packed off to school today. Little monkey!!

I'm feeling a bit odd to say the least this morning. Swimmy head is back, but I think that's all down to me not having been to work for a week. In fact I haven't been anywhere for a week, except the local shop and a walk round the block a couple of times. I need a change of scenery I think.

Right off to get ready and defrost the car. Be back about 9.30 ish I hope, to start my list.
