  • Oh, I didn't realise you could use it for so many things!
steam cleaner - that's the tip of the ice berg - instead of ironing clothes hang them up and steam them (as they do in shops). Cleaning loos - need I say more, tiles, kitchens, sanitising things, toothbrushes, unblocking plug holes, more or less anything. dry steam kills all sorts of bugs. If you go onto shopping channels you can usually see one being demonstrated. It will give you an idea of its range of uses.
Apologise for poor typing. My hands are sooo dry I've lathered them in cream and I'm sat here with rubber gloves on to speed up absorption. Should really be washing pots with them on for best results - but all my pots are clean:j

  • Kitchen and bathroom now tidy - need some more cleaning, though :o

I'm going to do a bit of paperwork, then another coffee, then tackle the cleaning :j

Back from Morrisons and all put away, kettle on, about to hit the shower.

I timed it right this morning, the bin men arrived just as I went out the door. They didn't come last week due to the bad weather so the green bin was missed and full to overflowing. They emptied it for me as I showed them how full it was. Pity it will go into landfill this time but I have already started filling it again with packaging from this morning's shop. The kids always wave and speak to them so it looks like it has paid dividends ;)

Bit late but I'll join you ragz ;)
  • Morning all, esp Carlsberggal - stick with us girl, we all offload sometimes x

My new modem came from my IP provider, plugged in, got online but still can't get onto my OU Lyceum (need it for my Spanish course as most of my tutorials and my exam are online ). I'm stumped now - my BIL will have to come round and try to get the blasted thing up and running - if not, most of the £410 course fee will be a waste and i'll be at a distinct disadvantage - i'm so frustrated, I could cry :confused:

Can't do anything about it now so will crack on:-

    1 hour study
    Strip bed and vac
    Sheets in wash
    Dust bedroom
    Gibbon's tea in SC
    Snap bag for work
    Par boil pots/squash

Off to scarf some brekkie - HHC/HHF at 1100?
    I'd rather be watching CSI!
  • I managed to
    Do the dishes
    S&S the kitchen
    Put the washing away
    Do ALL my ironing:D

Cant do the list yet as hubby is in bed:rolleyes:
