UK Aware is a two day 'green living' show at London's Olympia on 17-18 April. It has put 10,000 free tickets aside for MoneySavers, the usual cost is £5 each.
What's the show about?
From its marketing spiel "The show's about making the nation more aware of green issues and how to reduce our carbon footprints and protect the environment and yet still save money without having to alter our lifestyles."
The best thing to do is take a look at its website UKaware.
How do I get a ticket?
Go to the UKaware website and when ordering your ticket enter the code UA09FREE where it asks if you have a promotion code.
You should then receive an email with a special free entry code, which you'll need to quote when you arrive at the show.
Remember to check your junk/spam folder in case it's gone there. It'll come from the email address "customer@ukaware.com".
For obvious reasons the show's being run with paper-free entry.
I went to this event last year and it was absolutely brilliant. The diversity of the exhibitors stuff was amazing and the speakers were very grounded, down to earth and approachable. I can't believe that UK AWARE is the only event doing this really important stuff. Everyone should come to UK AWARE because there is something for everyone and it effects us all!!!

I am desperately looking for people to take part in a plastic bag use survey. The results will hopefully show the nation supports a ban on plastic bags and tempt the government to do something about it.
There was stuff for kids last year and I know that kids get in for free...which I think is important considering that we are just temporarily burrowing this world from them!!!
