Well i bought my scrap book yesterday. :D

On one of the first pages i have stuck in a graph thing from a slimming magazine i had so i can mark my progress, and also a graph where you can plot your weight range. I am currently in the Very overweight (30-40 BMI) range, but exceedingly close to the seriously overweight (40+ BMI) range

I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow morning (1 week since last time) and record that in my book. I had a bit of a blow out last night as it was a friends birthday, but otherwise i have been pretty good this week. So i am hoping to have minimised the damage. :o

I have also roped my OH in on the diet (although he is allowed a lot more syns than me - hardly anything to lose), so i'm hoping this time it should be easier to follow and stay motivated. Especially now that i have my trusty scrap book :rotfl:

OH is going to take the dreaded photos of me tomorrow night, and i am going to measure waist etc, to log in my book. Might need a stiff drink to get through the shock of seeing it all on paper tomorrow!!!!

Will let you know how i get on.

Good night everyone and good luck with this weeks losses

3lbs off this week!!! OH YEAH, OH YEAH!! Well chuffed, however, just been away for the weekend so got to really knuckle down before next weigh in on Thursday. Damage limitation calls as I also have a birthday this week!

Love the idea of a scrap book, hope it works for you Lydia.
Am I talking to myself or wot?!

Nixnoo - Congratulations, 3lbs is a brilliant weight loss.

I am on damage limitation this week, as have eaten out three times!! I hate the fact that eating in restuarants is so difficult. I was ok in pizza hut, as I filled up on the salad bar stuff and only had a couple of tiny slices of pizza. Pub was good as well, as I was able to have turkey with potatos and salad. Just Italian was the problem, ordered a tomato based pasta dish, but it came out smothered in cheese. Did taste lovely tho!! Nevermind, am reducing what I eat for the next couple of days and doing some exercise to try and compensate. Weigh in tomorrow night, so fingers crossed.

Thanks for all the welcomes. Lost 1.5lbs this week which I am quite happy with seeing as it included Mothers Day and having friends round for dinner on Friday - SW food but quite a lot of wine!!! Onwards and upwards - have joined SW online as all the classes round here are at times I can't do.

Have a really bad cold as well - but haven't lost appetite unfortunately - green day today with lots of comfort food such as mashed spuds and wedges. I was too ill to cook yesterday but dh did it and conscientiously followed the Curry Feast book to produce yummy chicken curry with noodles. He's being really supportive this time, which makes it a lot easier.

Stayed the same this week. Happy at that to be honest - I was a right piggywinkle after weigh in last Monday, then I was invited to meet my OH's family and we went for an Indian. Been hovering around the 15-20 sin mark for the rest of the week, so happy at a maintain.

Nothing in the way though this week, so will aim for 2 pounds off next Monday.

Just weighed myself and have lost 2lb. That makes 7lb in 4 weeks!!!!!! Thats awful. I have stuck to it like glue. Have now been exercising once a day, which I think is the only reason I lost anything this week. It makes me a little sad seeing everyone else cheat and still lose. If iI look at food I gain weight.
Still................................on we go. I am still motivated, whereas in the past I would have been very upset at the poor weight loss and just eaten, this time for some reason I'm not doing. So good news there.
I am getting slightly nervous about going away to our home in Europe over the summer months. I'll be away about 3mths, but will have access to PC, so will keep up with you all regards progress.
I find it easier when I'm away, as I eat out almost every day and can order exactly what I want.
Hope to lose at least another 7lbs before I go. Originally wanted to lose 2st, but the way its coming off, that's not going to happen now.

I wish i knew LilacLillie lol
NixNoo is right that is about 2lb a week and they say the weight loss you should aim for each week is 1-2lb its better to do it slowly because your more likely to keep it off so well done:j

I go to ww and i count my points and if im being really good i lose about 1-2lb a week but when ive had a treat and gone over my points and think ive put on i end up losing about 3-4lb but i just count my blessings because if i done the same again i will probably put on double than what i had lost the week before lol:rotfl:

I go to WW as well - I'm dreading tonight - had mothers day trip on thursday and had an afternoon tea with scone and clotted cream - got back home and looked at the points - blew the rest of the weeks 'no count' points in one go :o
