this is soooooo hard.....as I type there are jaffa cake bars, doughnuts, big flapjacks, a pineapple and chocolate cake mini victoria sponges, cadbury chocolate rolls all sitting about four feet away from me    .........I leave work in 2 3/4 hours, my weakest time will be when the other two I share an office with go to lunch and I'll be left on my own - if nobody sees me eat it then surely it doesn't count??

Even if no-one sees you eat it it does count, and if you eat it standing up, it still counts. Think about what you want more, that piece of fat and sugar, or to be slimmer, healthier, fit into smaller clothes etc.
Tell me, what are you looking forward to after you have lost some weight?
One of the things I am looking forward to is having a bath, and having more than my legs and back under the surface.Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0 -
Poor you, keren29! Don't give in to the temptation, think about YOUR own goals and the hard work done so far.
Wasn't it your workplace that was going on a Chinese and drinks nights (last or this)?
I'm at home, so don't have the temptation around me, but am meeting my son for lunch and not sure what we'll be having, so have only had a fruit salad for brekkie.
I don't know what to suggest, but as the weight comes off you won't be sorry you didn't eat those cakes at the office. AND it gets easier!!!!
Stay motivated, you'll be so glad next week on the scales.

Hello All,
I am new to this board. Thought I would introduce myself. I took the plunge and joined Weight Watchers last night. Weigh in bit was horrendous, I knew it would be bad as I have been eating nothing but rubbish for weeks, but think I am going for the weight of a baby elephant. Anyway, turning over a new leaf. I have over 6 stone to lose, which seems massive a the minute, but I know with determination, exercise and a little support I can do it.
Well I hope to get to know you all better soon. Will now spend an hour reading through the previous posts on this board, you all can chat!!

Hi,
Dont know if its just me but I am getting so bored with SW now .. really need a kick up the !!!!!!. Need inspiration and fast . Put on 2lbs 3 weeks ago and cannot lose it at all, have not lost or gained any weight in 3 weeks. Totally disheartened.
Also moving office premises in 4 weeks and will not be able to go to class anymore so will have to depend on you kind people here for support and ideas. Going on holiday in 11 weeks and still want to lose a stone before then. Really happy that I have lost 16lbs since starting but feel as though have hit a wall now.
Any tips, hints etc would be really really appreciated.
Thank you
