well done:j0

ugh Sue - i hate it when you just start to go up and down by a few lbs and never really make progress. Well done for staying with it - it normally makes me seek cheesey pub meals for comfort!
Well done everyone else - i've almost started looking forward to getting weighed now so i can put it on the SW progress chart and talk about it here!0 -
Has anyone done a SW success express week? I've been so happy with just green days (i'm a veggie) that it never occured to me to try this option.
If anyone has tried it i think my main questions are:
Does it work any better than just sticking to normal days?
Is the point of it sticking to the 1/3 free - 2/3 superfree or are you meant to reduce your overall portion size as well?
Why are superfree foods superfree? I.e. why are baked beans not superfree but eggs are?
I would try it but it'd be hard to cut down on my potatos and pasta intake but if it's worth it then i may try it for a week when i need an extra boost.
Cheers.0 -
I haven't done a sucess express, but I know that baked beans are free on green, but not on red, which is why they aren't a super free food. Super free foods are foods which are free on both. You don't need to cut down on pasta and potatoes, you just need to increase the amount of super free foods. ie loads of veggies and salads.Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0

Thanks Sue.
I wonder if it's worth doing if i'm only a greener. I may give it a go at some point and see what happens - i reckon i could handle eating even more veg with my meals0 -
:j Yay - 3.5 lbs lost last night!!
Also, tried the breast of chicken stuffed with extra light laughing cow triangles. I added some sliced leeks and wrapped a rasher of bacon around the lot.Yummy! Will definately have again. Want to get some phyllo pastry tomorrow and try the lemon tart recipe from one of the magazines - will let you know what it turns out like
Good luck everyone :grouphug:0 -

Poor Keren! Hope you had a big breakfast this morning or have a big bag of free snacks with you...
Just think about them scales!0 -
I've had a mullerlight and a banana so far, but to honest, I could have had the biggest breakfast in the world and then still munch on a few cakes mid morning!
