I gave myself 4 months to lose 2 stone and so far, still on track. If you put your weight into the tracker on the SW website, it will predict your weight loss for you, it's good for the motivationI haven't got one!0 -

just made a really good (what i believe to be syn free meal)
2 quorn sausages
mashed potato made with and bit of milk (healthy A)
put in a ramekin dish
made a well in the mash and cracked an egg in it
bit of salt and pepper
2 slices of half fat mature chedder (remainder of healthy A's)on the top
then in the oven till egg and cheese cooked
really nice.....What goes around - comes around

I'm not that keen on the quorn sausages - maybe I've been trying the wrong ones. I use the mince regularly. Have you tried the quarter pounders? They are 1 or 1 1/2 syns i think - really good - just like the real thing and great with SW chips and baked beans!0 -

hi i go to ww too and yes i used to go with a friend but she dropped out 3 weeks ago im on the no count plan i used to be on the points though
i dont really have a sweet tooth mine is cheese and bread my downfall but sometimes i felt like something sweet so ihave the muller lights free on nc
i think they are only 2 points anyway or get chocolate ww snack only about 1 or 2 points each

This is the 3rd time I've looked in on this thread. I really, really want to join in. I have so much extra weight that has crept up on me to lose. I knew I'd put loads on, but haven't been weighing myself. Went to hospital last week for a check up and they weighed me. I cried!
My question is how do I begin? Should I start gradually or go all out for gold? Any tips for a beginner? I think I need to lose about 4 st! I feel sick at allowing it and have now got depressed about how much there is to lose, so eat even more.
How do I break this awful habit?
I'll look in tomorrow and will try to get rid of all the fattening foods over the weekend, then start properly on Monday. Help please!!!!!
