6000% annual interest on the £1 that will be kept there (assuming that's the min requirement). :)
I'm not keeping £1 in any of my accounts.

The first person to get % AER/Gross/Net.
  • Excellent, that would make the equivalent interest rate... er BIGGER.

I don't want to leave it in overnight, why should I, it's my money and it needs to be in my HICA so standing orders get paid, etc.

    BTW 24hours interest on £1000 @ 4.8% net is 13p. It's my 13p and I want it all. :D . Watch the pennies. lol
  • I was surprised to see today that the third application for a Reward account I made on Sunday that was showing as "review" status has now gone live. The Moneyback account that I also held previously has been converted to a Reward account so I now have 4 of them held in my sole name so it does appear to be possible. :D

Interesting because the additional two accounts that I opened and credited with 100.00 each in a branch on Wednesday are not showing up online, the branch did try and phone me late yesterday, I was on another phone so wasnt able to take the call, im wondering whether or not the branch were subsequently told that the additional accounts shouldnt have been opened. I will find out shortly no doubt. _pale_

You're just out to cause trouble, aren't you! :rotfl:

Just thought I would tease out the view from the frontline. :p Perhaps not surprised the script appeared to be from Dad's Army.

But - main thing - they did get the conversions spot on!

Re: paying £1000 into the account and moving it out the same day. .....

Pay £1000 into the account, and move it out the NEXT day. A couple of days later pay another £1000 into the account and move it out the SAME day. At the end of the month, check how much has been paid into the account.

£2000 will have been paid in as they merely summate the credits. But you don't know if that's how they determine if you've met the funding requirement? I strongly suspect it is but ....... see last para :
