What an evil boss!
Nicking 2 grand and then trying to pin the blame on someone else!0 -
Some home insurance policies have free legal advice included. It's worth checking.0

Any update on this OP?This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.0
-
Surely they couldn't have "nicked" him...I'm sure he'll be back here soon to let everyone who offered advice know he's OK...and has got it sorted out...I'm sure he's probably quite busy at the moment....
what an employer...with a boss from hell!I'm now a retired teacher... hooray ...:j
Those who can do, those who can't, come to me for lessons:cool:0 -
OP has not been on since the weekend, maybe she has limited internet access and could only use it at work before, hope she will let us know what is happening as soon as she can.0
-
I'm not sure how the data protection act works, but if you are filmed by a CCTV camera, aren't you legally able to demand a copy of the tape for a small fee?
That way the OP will get her own copy and not have to wait for the police to get involved.0 -
It looks as though the op is talking to the right people to get this thing sorted out so I'm not sure it would be good idea to discuss too much details on the public board now. Yes, I would like to know how she's getting on etc but may be not too much details.
Also, keeping meticulous record is very important. Even though police can't do much, at least every step is recorded in a diary style (e.g. date, time, who you spoke to, what you told etc)
That statement modification op mentioned about is just another confirmation that this is dodgy!0 -

when i worked in a local poundstretcher when i was younger we had to bank the takings same day before close of business, any thing taken after the banking had to be put in the safe, this sounds really dodgy of subwaySealed pot challenger # 10
