Just a small thing I noticed. Your smallest debt is £590. Why dont you if you have extra money at the end of each month, just pay the minimum payment on the two largest debts for a couple of months of so and whack the rest of the money off the £590 debt. If you do that you will get rid of it and it will make you feel much better only having 2 cc debts. Then you could tackle the next smallest. I havent looked at your interest rates though so ignore me if that sounds like rubbish advice. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0

Well done for getting your debts down so much, you are definately on the right track. As for Debt Management Programme it will afftect your credit rating as i have just spoken to Barclaycard for OH I wanted to put hold on interest and queries if this will affect credit rating and unfortunately the answer was yes, and i think im right in thinking that it stays on your record for 6 years. Are you saving for a deposit on a house?Barclays OD -£805.93/limit £800 A & L OD -£350.00/limit £250HFC (laptop) £549.00, Barclays Loan £3033.00, O2 £331 (227.70 left)(defaulted):eek::eek:0

Ive just gone back and looked and that ones on 0% so ignore what I said. I think it would be an idea to pay the minimum on that and the second lowest and try to pay off the one with the highest interest rate first (with all your spare money) if you are not already doing that. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0
