we will hav to wait for asa to reply but if some insan reason they dont give it evryone i think evryone needs to go and visit https://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog - never giv up we ar in the rite not toys r us.
this is juss an early thought hopefully the asa and toysrus both wont want the bad publicity of WATCHDOG as it is clear they done wrong and clear unfair some get it and some dont. so like i said stage 1 is to complain to asa and if they dpmt sort you guys out the toys r us and asa better be prpared to have their names on watchdog.
im sure watchdog will love it!! ;D.0 -

Hey Josh,
basically toys r us advertised an xbox bundle with 3 games a few weeks back at £89.99 to end on 17 Nov, but pulled it before the end cause it was an error. if you complain to the asa they will send you a letter telling you to call a lady at toys r us who will then reserve one at your local store at the original price
This isn't correct. Toys R Us didn't advertise it at that price. It was a voucher price which took £10 off their 3 game bundle (which was selling for £99.99). The voucher was being given in their Xmas catalogue or in The News of The World. You had to show the voucher to get the discount. Lots of people have taken bought using the voucher and Toys R Us realised that they were losing (or not gaining enough profit) out of it and they removed the 3 game bundle out of their range, replacing it by Halo2 bundle at £149.99. The reason they gave was that Oddworld was not available so they couldn't offer the 3 games bundle. But Toys R Us did say that the voucher was valid for any other bundles that they had. The voucher expired on the 19th November.0
