Pips Mum - Lincoln Market is good. Does get very busy. I like Thursday and Friday best not so crowded, but if you have to go at weekend Sunday is the better day.
Outlaws:rotfl:Think we must all call them that. My dh comes from a big family so there are loads of them, though to be honest most of mine are OK, but we are quite well spread so that probably helps, it helps avoid infighting and backbiting.
Well off to do some cleaning and wake up lazy son who stayed out on Friday nite and went to bed late last nite, well early hours of morning probably. Wish me luck:pMy finances are work in progress.Normal veiwing will resume shortly0 -

i think my outlaws are related to yours Jo, they are also the word which turns into !!!!'s
we went to have a look at the car for OH today and we're going back tomorrow to buy it. Insurance is a bu99er but we've done it through Quidco (twice in 2 months now and i've got to do mine next week) so should get £75 back and it includes car rescue at a cheaper rate than the discounted one i negotiated this year. Quidco hasn't tracked yet, but it's only been an hour, guess i got spoilt by Aviva which track immediately, though i do need to ring up and chase up the paperwork, as its' not arrived yet they've taken the payment. i really hope quidco works for us as it's starting to add up to a fair bit with these two insurances.0 -

Morning all
Oh on his way southwards, got alot of writing to do this week to keep me focussed.
Managed to finally speak to kiddies on Saturday - almost a whole week without talking to them!
Banks are finally honed - and have had a battering with OH being up - he hasn't heard of the words - eating at home when on holiday. When he's here he's always on holiday - lol
I only paid for a couple of things but blimey its expensive!
Hey ho
He's got an interview in Aberdeen tomorrow for a PhD - dunno how I feel about it - dunno how he feels about it to be honest - but it does mean 1/4ing his salary. (ie he'd be left with a quarter of his current salary) I don't really think he's thought it through properly yet.
he applied for it when he was being made redundant and when he wasn't made redundant - its now a tougher call. Will see what he thinks after tomorrow.
Its just work work work this week - must do some decluttering as well - opened the shoe box to find missing bike helmets etc - so I need a sort out.
Wonderful walks over the weekend inbetween landlord visits and things.
Got to prep to go to northern ireland on Monday next week for 5 days and got sort out brother, field work and writing before that

Waves to KC hope you are good today - is it 'structural engineer day'? - and I am just back from walking peedie back and forth from work to home during lunchtime (only one dog now = much easier).
Put out a wash and hung the rest of it in the drying cupboard in the laundry.
Emptied the lentil soup out of slow cooker and put on a 'corn beef hash' concoction in the slow cooker (potatoes, onions, half a tin of corned beef and a stock cube- 1ltr water) will see what happens......

hi just popping to say hello as i'm off to bedfordshire.
thought i would share how shallow my cat is, she keeps sitting in front of the brass surround on the new fire looking at her reflection. I guess one girlie in this house has to care about her appearance.0
