Fay, I try not to beat myself up about the car but its hard sometimes thinking how much it cost me initially. In saying that she doesn't cost me much in repairs. Although she needs a bit of tlc as i didn't coat her in wax before winter.
Really hoping I get to finish early today otherwise I'll be running around like a headless chicken.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. You can enjoy it even if you don't understand it and too much can give you a headache the next day J0 -

Fay's right, no point in beating yourself up, if you're enjoying it. Then it's fine.
Anyway I'd be a fine one to say anything, I have the ultimate softtop - a horse! Very expensive and comes complete with opinions :rolleyes:Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

I like horses Piq they just don't like me, not got on one since getting thrown off at the age of 12. Quite happy to stand next to them now and feed them polo mints or apples.CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. I went to Blackpool last year with my Mum and decided to go talk to the lady that has the donkeys on the beach. Whilst talking to her I was tickling the ears of this grey donkey of hers. I wasn't even feeding her. When I went to leave the donkey decided she was going to follow me. My Mum thought this was hilarious this little grey donkey trotting along behind me, and the look on my face when I stopped and turned round only to be met face to face with a donkey!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. Trust me Piq, I would have taken this one home but putting a donkey in a hatchback would definitely be classed as cruelty!CC2 = £8687.86 ([STRIKE]£10000[/STRIKE] )CC1 = £0 ([STRIKE]£9983[/STRIKE] ); Reusing shopping bags savings =£5.80 vs spent £1.05.Wine is like opera. It's the getting them out the car that's the problem! Baby donkeys are completely irresistible, you'd have to get it home somehow!
My horse sat on the bonnet of someone's car a few years ago, did quite a bit of damageStill don't know why he did it, just back up and sat down! Luckily the owner of the car saw the funny side.

Naughty captain!
Unix if you put the donkey in the soft top - you'd be OK:rotfl:
Slightly traumatised here - went home to help a pal get a couple of trees from the ones I have - her dog (somehow under a tiny part of the fence) got in with the chickens - both are OK I think. The damn mutt caught one though and its now got a very very bald patch on its bottom. No skin broken.
Whilst the chooks previously didnt mind the dogs outside the cage - now they don't like it.
Unfortunate I know - I think I truamatised them more my grabbing them by any means possible and holding them away from the dog til she caught it. The two clucked off ok when we finally got it sorted BUT when I left they had sat all close together in a corner of the fruit cage. I just hope they are OK - poor ladies. xTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

ps catching chickens - NOT EASY !
As if that wasnt' enough there was a couple of ladies outside the house with a wee boy who was just wandering on the road (age 3ish?) on his own.
Poor lamb we had to call the police as he wouldn't say much (we are strangers after all) the local school is just down the road - but we couldn't take him inside or anythiing didn't want to distress the poor peedie chap - so he went off for a ride in a police car. They were great and came within about 30 secs of calling them.
Today is insane.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
