Great piccie fay..*sighs*
Nice to remember your Grandad in a positive way. Mine died on St PATRICK'S day and i like to have a toast to him, unusually his birthday was on 29th of February, so that is another reason to have a wee celebration as well.
Cracking jokes hampsterpoo and hope you have had a good birthday.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Hi LT - Hens don't need alot of space - you can get nice modern runs that aren't much bigger than a decent sized rabbit run - that you can move around the garden if you want to give them some different ground to poke about on.
Will have a look later and see if I can find an 'ideal' chicken space size - not sure really - my chicken keeping skills are evolving - xx
I have to say though they are really good fun - not hard work and of course you get eggs:D
Hi EH - I was only the the OS board briefly - my thread was moved to the groceries one. Yeah tis funny isnt it - we are all now excited about the 'mainland' rather than finding it too busy etc. DS said that was the best thing about moving back was that the mainland and all that stuff was now special and a treat rather than every day stuff. My list is progressing - I am about to order it into best places to get stuff and like you said - no point in lugging back 24 bottles of fizzy water (we use it with squash to make pop as we don't buy pop) when I can buy it for 13p a bottle here in Mr T. Thanks you made a good point.
Went to lidls last night to stock up on dog food etc - veggies, loo roll and dishwasher tablets - DS was telling me per unit how much things cost - v funny cos we saw a big sack of basmati rice which looked quite good value 10kg for 15.99 but the other rice was in 1kg bags at 1.49/kg and the normal rice was 79p kg - so I guess some of the OS stuff is finally going in. DS and I decided we could have one bag normal rice one bag basmati for the mo and decide on how much when I am away later on. Previously i would have just thought oh 10kg rice - bargain and bought it!

HI All, how is everyone? I have big night out tonight and will have a house full staying over. Getting myself in a right tizz over how clean the house is etc. OH better keep to his side of the bargain and make up the spare bed and the sofa bed. Toothache starting again which is all I need.
Was very bad girl this morning.. I have little sports car and have brought her to work (giving her a run honest), cd blaring, sunglasses on (I really shouldn't bring her to work as she's only meant for the odd weekend etc). Only down side to driving her is how much fuel she goes through but it was fab!!! and she's lovely to drive. I know its not very dfw but she's worth more now than when I bought her and she's cheered me up no end. Its kind of one of those things you think if I don't do it now I won't get the chance iyswim. Actually came in with a smile on my face.

Sounds like you have your hands full - dont beat yourself up for having something like that as a treat.
I have two cars and live in town - how ridiculus is that???? But Darwin is so heavy on petrol and cumbersome (darwin shut your ears) that the other car is probably necessary.
Glad you got in smiling, bummer about the tooth.
If its any consolation I am acting like a small child at the moment. Toys being flung out my pram all over the place.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
