Why house prices may fall another 38%

Can't be bothered ot read all this thread but the fact is that people have to live somewhere, houses will not have to drop too far before they become more affordable and rental properties are finite.
If there are houses sold off cheap then BTL investors will still simply snap them up but more me it is already £100pm cheaper for me to buy than to rent the place we are in at the maximum mortgage allowed. (25% deposit)
It is the question over banks lending to FTB with a smaller deposit that will determine the extent of the drop.Nothing to see here :beer:0 -
Carol can you stop stalking me now please. I have a wife and I am not interested in an older woman with a fixation for BTL.
Thank you.
Really2
PS your restraining order is on the post.
Good, I'm not interested in anyone, being happily married.
And if I was looking...rude young twerps are not my scene, either.0 -

What is your problem? Are you not getting enough or something? You really seem to be here to insult people and work off your pent up agro rather than to have an adult discussion.0 -
You might be right - he is notorious for his problems with spelling (reason he was Realy on here for a long while...

Carol you know I am dyslexic.
But never mind kids love a teacher with a bad attitude.
Again more personal attacks on a thread you were not involved in.:rolleyes:0 -
How do you know what my academic success is? You don't even know what I do for a living?
As I said I am sorry for your job loss but don't take it out on me.
I wouldn't have employed half the graduates on my degree course, I think people are often over impressed with academic qualifications, obviously they have their place, but too much weight should not be put on them0 -

So I just imagined the attack you posted in post number 61?
If you can't take them, don't give them out.
I don't post here as a teacher and you're not my student.
If you're rude to me here don't expect me to treat you with kid gloves because of either what I do for a living, or your condition.
