Do you have these on hand now please?, I could really do with them to add on the address thread on the Sticky thread.
Thanks.
Hopefully someone will confirm the right one for you, fingers crossed.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
The process is you fill in the form and send it to your lender. I would suspect the head office would be best as I can't see this being a branch thing. Best thing to do is phone Nationwide head office and ask for the arrears dept .. they will no doubt know who you should address it to.
Once your lender has filled the form in, it goes directly to the JCP Benefits processing centre in your area.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam No idea why you removed it as it was something I learnt from this site - bizarre0 -

I have just had my contribution based job seekers stopped , and applied for income based job seekers . But the benefits agency have told me that it is now down to my partner to support me, I have asked for help with the mortgage payments , but due to my partner working over 24 hours per week , I have been informed that i will not get any help with my mortgage nor will I get income based job seekers , we already have 3 month mortgage arrears , have 2 children that live with us full tim 2 that stay with us 3 days a week and a baby due in october . The govenment have said that they will give help to families on a low income , we now have less than £1000.00 a month coming in with debits and bills that cost us over £2200.00 a month . yet we are to get no help at all . is that fair ? how can you appeal against it ? if there is a way . By the time we could get help we will have lost our home ! can anyone give me any advice on how to get help !0

"... and a baby on the way ..." oh dear, you are not exactly helping yourselves are you.
To have £1,000 a month coming into your home seems rather a good start to me, and to say you "get no help at all" is surely not right - all those tax credits and child benefits for a start.
You may be shocked and worried, but a big part of the answer must be to look at yourselves, your lifestyle and expenditure. To be able to afford standing bills etc of £2,200 a month puts you in the £35k+ salary bracket ....0 -

The only thing i can suggest is to contact your lender and see what help they can suggest, there are new govt schemes designed to help people in your situation but not all lenders have signed up to them.0
