We got these in store originally in October 2008. They had a massively high fault rate and got quarantined then recalled. They were all sent back to be reworked and we got them back around Easter. Again, massive fault rate, same problem (the TV is slow to respond, changes channel by itself, gets stuck on one channel, etc) and they were quarantined again. They've since been sent back and are now being sold as refurbs on the Dixons and Currys internet sites. Maybe they've fixed the problem, but I've already seen one or two back from the online sites.
The recent batch of entry-level TV/DVD combis we have (the *DVDB19 range) seem to be really quite good though.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
Please...no.
