blindsuk.net - broken blinds

Blindsuk.net is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The blinds were rubbish and I paid the postage to return them and I did not receive any refund. I ended up buying some blinds from John Lewis and was very happy and have bought many furnishings from John Lewis.0

We ordered a black out roller blind from them and it was middle of the road, the length was a bit too short but only just shorter than their get-out on sizing. But very cheap so overall ok and works well.
Disappointed to hear such bad reviews as we where going to place an order for several more next year, will have to start looking elsewhere.0 -
Avoid the blinds may look nice and are cheap but really poor quality. Ours arrived broken and after a lot of emails back and forward they finally agreed a refund over the fun as not fit for purpose - under sales of goods act. They now are refusing to refund and set a budged up mended blind back. About to take to small claims court - ridiculous company - AVOID!!0

BlindsUK are currently being investigated by Trading Standards, The Advertising Standards Authority and Companies House. They are a Limited company (CA Unitrade Ltd) which was dissolved in June 2016 yet are continuing to trade (illegal). There "office" at Sheriffs Orchard is just a mail box address which they hide behind so they cannot be physically traced or have Court papers served on them. You cannot sue a company if you can't serve them papers. There alleged factory address in Dunstable, is just an empty building. Be warned...this company is as shonky as they come.0

For what are they being investigated?0 -
Wish I had seen this before I spent £340+ with them. Quality of one blind substandard. They disagree but they have my money. Say they are right. Makes the matching curtains redundant and me out of pocket.
Very poor quality and customer service. Was refused the names of the company owner and Production Manager. Issue has been ongoing since 23/09/2016

Very poor products, customer service - AVOID!
I purchased 3 blinds from BlindsUK. Each 1 was poor quality and arrived well later than promised and damaged from poor fabrication techniques.
the company were very difficult to deal with and the so called customer service manager even had the audacity to hang up the phone on me. Throughout the painful exchange of emails through their badly designed messaging service, they refused to help and tried to say that I was the problem. I eventually took them to court, won the case, and earned a full refund plus costs. Don't bother trying to get help when they mess you around. File a small claim against them via Money Claims online / the small claims track of the county court. Beware, BlidnsUK.net is not the company name, is CB Deco LTD, the Director is Alexandra Onet , and the address is
Kemp House, Suite 611, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX
or customer services office:
Unit D20, 110 Butterfield, Great Marling, Luton LU2 8DL
The contact details Blinds UK, Sherrifs Orchard , CV1 are not a real business place - just a front to make it harder for you to track them down!0
