How I would love it if someone could just switch my brain off for a good eight hours ;).

i have said so many many times that i wish i could be like windows and have off, hibernate and rest(sleep) options which would shut my brain down for a nap, for a few hours decent sleep or for a whole nights decent sleep. failing that a plain off switch would do. hope your sleeping peacefully now.

bloomin ginger cat came in again, and started up the stairs..turned and ran and was out the cat flap before i even made it as far as the bedroom door. poor chloe hates confrontation so was hiding behind me while hissing even though she couldnt see him.

hopefuuly everyone is sleeping, recovering and reproducing spoons.

Even BZ has had them before now!
:rotfl: If DF hadn't been sleeping soundly I would've guffawed at that!:p
bz Are you all underweared out? *g*
Ugh. Didn't even go for underwear this time. I took pity on the poor lass and took her shoe shopping, as for some reason it only dawned on her last night that shopping for shoes would be a good idea before the dress fitting she has booked in for tomorrow... She had hoped to combine the shoes shopping with the underwear shopping, which I had forwarned her wouldn't've happened, and she has now seen the errors of her ways ;) She then came back to mine for tea and to watch Four Weddings on the Living channel, which she doesn't get and was pining over ;)

As to all the folks concerned about my tonsils...I am still very much connected to them at present, however, should antics like yesterday's recur too often then I will of course reconsider. Good enough?

Right, I'm on far too late and am rather knackered, so I shall bid my adieus I mither you all tomorrow when I have nothing to do whilse "resting" ;)

P.s. I managed to get the bubbles today for the kids "busy bags"/replacement confetti today...24 bottles for £4 :T Another strike off the list :Dpcl I shall compile a full report tomorrow of leftover tasks... ;)

woah slow down bz your making me tired just reading about you.

Lw dog sitting, is this whilst ppl are away on hols..... shame you are so far away..
I got perry booked in at the kennels for a few weeks time, but the lack of money now is a bit of a thorn in my side so instead of the kennel owner coming to get perry on the day and returning him the day after i have to get OH to take us there and back and save about £20.

Hmmm getting up early isn't all that brilliant, yesterday i felt so tired i went for a half hour snooze on the sofa, 5 hours later.......
Just had caredirect call me (they woke me up) so i'm staying up now

Morning all hope you all have a good day

Remind her to wear the shoes in a little before the Big Day, so that blisters don't ruin the day for her.;)
I have to bite the bullet and get some new underwear sometime soon - if only because mine will fall to pieces if it's washed many more times. Been putting it off.....

Yes, it's for any time owners need someone to look after their dog - the one I have booked is for a week, so I assume it's a holiday. This particular dog wouldn't do well in kennels. as apparently she's not good with other dogs. I hope Perry has a good stay.:o

Oh, poor man, he's been through a lot lately. Keeping my paws crossed that all goes well for him.

Just been to sort the car tax out and they need the actual insurance certificate (which I don't have). I'm left wondering why they can't confirm my insurance with their system for my tax when they can certainly confirm it if they are fining you!!! This means that I've lost the £160 that I should have got back  That's kids holiday out of the window.

Oh well, I'll take it as a lesson learned :o

Can the insurance company maybe help with a copy of the certificate? Just a thought.

I don't understand Kass - why have you lost money? You can pay for tax discs online (they post em out to you tho of course) and they know online whether you have insurance or not. What £160 have you lost? And lw's right - they could email/fax/post you a copy too...?
