Oooooh, I had a lovely lazy day. At the last minute decided to use a gift voucher I had left from Xmas and have a pedicure. Lovely and relaxing.
Dad wanted to meet for lunch tomorrow, but if I do that I'll spend the rest of the day rushing round, so I've declined.
kitty, nice to see you again. Shame you're having battles. Hope they pass soon.
lw, hope your mooky mood doesn't last too long.
s/e, Your "elope" made me laugh. I would have "thanked" your post, but my thanks button hasn't worked since the forum upgrade.
bz, such a shame when your phone gets cut off ain't it. Always seems to happen when you [STRIKE]most[/STRIKE] least want it to.
sue, pottering in the garden in the warmth is so lovely. I find it really relaxing too, and am looking forward to doing that when I move (fingers crossed, all being well).
kass, hope you are OK sweetie. You've taken some really positive steps to get your life sorted and the way you want it to be. Keep the momentum going and keep you and the kids safe (and little Charlie!).

I like the creativity bits, deciding what we want and foraging the bits for it, but I don't like the faffy bits like having to go register the intent of marriage etc  The fact that me and DF are both a tad selfconscious about our sizes doesn't help picking outfits either ...:o

My washing machine broke on Tuesday, luckily it's under warrentry so Im waiting in today for the repair man. I hope he hurrys up, Ive got loads of washing to do and it's a lovely drying day.
Diamond (my dog) always has a bowl of biscuits for her breakfast, she wouldn't eat them earlier but just now was sitting beside the bowl crying. I know what that means, she wants me to feed her  so I gave her a biccie and she walked out to the garden and ate it, then stood by the backdoor crying again. I thought mabye she wants her breakfast outside so I put the bowl in the garden and then she ate it, with me hand feeding her of course :rotfl: she's got me well trained
My dh always gets bitten by mozzies when we go on holiday, so last year he started eating loads of marmite on toast a few weeks before we went. It made no difference at all, so dont rely on it.Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time.
