  • Oooooh, I had a lovely lazy day. At the last minute decided to use a gift voucher I had left from Xmas and have a pedicure. Lovely and relaxing.

Dad wanted to meet for lunch tomorrow, but if I do that I'll spend the rest of the day rushing round, so I've declined.

kitty, nice to see you again. Shame you're having battles. Hope they pass soon.
lw, hope your mooky mood doesn't last too long.
s/e, Your "elope" made me laugh. I would have "thanked" your post, but my thanks button hasn't worked since the forum upgrade.
bz, such a shame when your phone gets cut off ain't it. Always seems to happen when you [STRIKE]most[/STRIKE] least want it to.
sue, pottering in the garden in the warmth is so lovely. I find it really relaxing too, and am looking forward to doing that when I move (fingers crossed, all being well).
kass, hope you are OK sweetie. You've taken some really positive steps to get your life sorted and the way you want it to be. Keep the momentum going and keep you and the kids safe (and little Charlie!).

Right, kettle is going on if anyone wants a drink?
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

Lol, no guarantees whatsoever but I'm one of 4 of em, so chances are... Besides, I know what you're saying, s/e, but it does bug me.
    I'm 1 of 3, but I had 2 boys. Don't bank on anything.

)))wedding planning((( 'Tis indeed the devil's own job.
Lol! I enjoy it...or at least I enjoy the bits I like ;) I like the creativity bits, deciding what we want and foraging the bits for it, but I don't like the faffy bits like having to go register the intent of marriage etc  The fact that me and DF are both a tad selfconscious about our sizes doesn't help picking outfits either ...:o

Point taken. I've sort of taken for granted that we'd have at least one girl...but I guess that's cos we don't really have any boys names in mind!! Thinking about it I'm not sure I really care what we have, but I spose it would be nice to have a little girl to watch her wrap DF round her little finger ;)

I'm at Mil2b's, but so cba coming here and I have to relinquish the puter so they can look through her finances...I'm just waiting for the fallout... :rolleyes2

My washing machine broke on Tuesday, luckily it's under warrentry so Im waiting in today for the repair man. I hope he hurrys up, Ive got loads of washing to do and it's a lovely drying day.

Diamond (my dog) always has a bowl of biscuits for her breakfast, she wouldn't eat them earlier but just now was sitting beside the bowl crying. I know what that means, she wants me to feed her  so I gave her a biccie and she walked out to the garden and ate it, then stood by the backdoor crying again. I thought mabye she wants her breakfast outside so I put the bowl in the garden and then she ate it, with me hand feeding her of course :rotfl: she's got me well trained

My dh always gets bitten by mozzies when we go on holiday, so last year he started eating loads of marmite on toast a few weeks before we went. It made no difference at all, so dont rely on it.

Washing machine is now fixed, Ive already forgotten what he said the problem was, something to do with brushes I think :o He's left it doing an empty wash for now to wear these new brushes in and I can only do 2 light washes today  Ive got loads to do so will have to priorotise (sp)

I wish my threshold ramp would arrive so I can get out on my scooter now. Does anyone know how long something brought from ebay has to arrive ? I know its only been 4 days but Im impatient :o
