cwta I love the sound of that film, was it any good ? :rotfl:I'm the same by the end of the day too so no apoligies needed.

raeh Welcome back, hope you had a good time.

BZ I love your word 'Mooky' and yes I know exactly what you mean :D

The ramp is now all done and although I havnt got the small threshold ramp for indoors d/h thought he would try the ramp out as it looks a bit steep. He took it down the end of the garden path and rode it up the ramp, it ground to a halt on the steep bit, it was too steep for my little scooter  I didnt know what we could do, it would have to be knocked down (its cement) then I decided to have a go myself as d/h is alot bigger than me and luckily it went straight to the top so it will be ok as long as I dont put on any weight.

I got it from a friend who lives in York, but has lived allover (her dad was in the Army) so who knows where it's from! It's a good word though, so is now part of my vocabulary :D

The ramp thing sounds like just the sort of problem I'd have!! Glad it works for you though :T That could've been a nightmare in the making.

Raeh hope you had a good time and didn't overdo it too much (who am I trying to kid?? ;))

Unity and Suep and anyone else who needs it, hope you feel better soon :)

I took DF suit shopping today. What a palaver. He's as bad if not worse than I was when I was going dress shopping with the whole self-conscious, I can't fit in anything, thing. It didn't go well and he's come home rather depressed. I've been in rather a few shops now looking for the right colour tie and I still can't find it...I really am beginning to seriously consider buying one of the bm skirts and making 7/8 ties out of it :o I wouldn't mind, but it might end up being a cheaper option too! Anyone know how to make a tie?

Sorry I've not had much to say today, only woke up about 6ish and then DF was home and I had to chivvy him along to get him out the house and virtually drag him to the shops (even if I was pushed in a w/chair ;))

    P.s. Jamla 10 is a lot!!

I put my foot down at 4 and made it absolutely clear that the pillock wasn't to 'rescue' any more. I think there's a limit to how many cats one can safely and reasonably have in a small dwelling. (All mine were males and neutered at the first opportunity, so at least there was never the temptation to keep any of the kitten.)
