What a clever little man to use the litter tray when everything is so new to him!
Fingers crossed all goes well at the Vet today - will wait with baited breath to hear the outcome.

bz, hope you manage to get some sleep and get to the GP AND BANK THE CHEQUES! It does sound like the Invites are preying on your mind and perhaps stopping you sleeping?
PCL, I didn't do anything about the water rates thing yesterday, or loads of other calls etc that I should have made. :o
I'm a Master at avoiding things.
suep, will be interested to see what you think of the DVD. I watched it on Saturday, but will keep my opinions to myself til you've seen it.

Right, off to pick up script and to see Dad *sigh*. I think someone kicked me in the right hand side last night, so it'll be a slow kinda day.

p.s. I get all :o by compliments, but thank you.
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

OMG you lot did a lot of chatting after I logged off yesterday! We got Mr LW's new razor, so hopefully no more blades leaping into my bathwater from now on.:D

BZ I just looked at the fonts, and tried my name in them, and I thought the 2nd one was most legible. Have bookmarked the website, as well - hope you don't mind!
I assume you've been to the GP by now? If not, why not? And did you bank those flippin cheques? (Not that I'm nagging or anything).:D

Kass:dance:well done Charlie on using his litter tray! Amazing what we can get excited about, isn't it?:rotfl:Will pm you for password if I can work out how to do a pm (can reply to them but have never sent one first iyswim)

Trialia & CwtA I've had those sort of symptoms of costo (costco?:D ) for many years - always just ignored it though, as it started when I was a teenager, and with my parents, if you complained of feeling unwell you "got something to complain about" ie a good hiding!

Sharon I have this crazy image of miniscule men in work gear and hard hats putting up scaffolding around your bones before building them up. Hope the meds are doing you good.

Jo don't worry about posting lots, if you can poke your head round the door now and then, that'd be good.

DF decided last night that he'd "more or less decided" that he wanted FancyPens. I've been "more or less decided" that I wanted SinisterSam...he's been twining on about how her wanted to tinker with the layout of the RSVP box....yet after 20 mins I couldn't see anything that a) warranted 20mins and b) was much cop! There were almost blows...

I haven't been to the GP yet...cos my appt is in 12mins ;) I shall certainly endeavour to blank the cheques whilst out :D

Before I pop off...does anyone else get antsy about their choice of underwear when they go to the docs...even if it's only for a sore throat?:o

cwta another one who gets the Costo, most of my friends with Fibro get it too. I still havn't got round to watching the dvd, I'll let you know when I do.

Trailia My ds1 was tested for Marfans, but luckily he didnt have it. I have a friend who is only 15 who up until recently just thought she had Fibro and Hypermobility, but she is really severe and in a wheelchair full time, recently shes been dx with EDS too but she's still not getting much help, Im not sure what type she has, I'll have to find out and get back to you.

Sharon Im glad the bone building meds has started, fingers crossed they work.

  • Just got back from spending an hour at the docs picking up prescription *sigh*
There is always a problem with one item that they end up screwing up. I pointed out this time it hadn't been dispensed and the reply from the pharmacist was "you can't be on a and b at the same time". They had unilaterally decided to delete the tabs without referring even the doc who prescribed them. Bearing in mine the dispensary is actually in the surgery, that's not on.
I complained and had to wait for them to get a script signed and the tabs dispensed. I wouldn't get so uptight but this is something for my IBS I've been on for 30 years!
The surgery itself is fantastic, but the pharmacy is a shambles.
I think I'm finally gonna put it in writing and ask that they put a note on my records to always dispense this item when it's asked for.
    Rant over.

I think you definitely should. The service you're getting is not good enough; if the GP says you are to have those meds, who in the sam hell are the pharmacy to deny them to you?

Ferzackaly!! Also, they're the "bung up" tablets for my IBS, so I literally can't leave the house without them. It's one of those additional stresses I can do without.

Razors and replacement blades are flippin expensive these days. Hoe you didn't have to take out a mortgage to buy them *g*
That'll teach you to sneak and use his razor on your legs :D

LOL I thought we might need at least a small loan when I saw the price of the latest type of razor. But as it turns out, they still do the Mach 3, which is the same as the worn-out one (at 19 years old, it doesn't owe him anything) and he's happy to have the same sort again, so it wasn't too desperately expensive.

Hmmmm...... maybe I could try my epilator on his chin.....*evil grin*
