bz good luck with the printing, and deciding on fonts. did you get to sleep earlier last night after being woken up so early?
Thanks pcl, I got to sleep about 3ish I guess, might've been a bit after as the book I'm reading is quite addictive and, although it's primarily written for teens, it's quite dark in places and I never want to leave it in too dark a place incase it penetrates my dreams :o (I'm such a big wuss on the sly!)

Cwta I think you were right that I should've gone to the docs sooner. :o I woke up with the swollen painful tongue again this morning (at 8.55am, when DF shot out of bed as he realised he was late for work (starts at 9am at least 20mins away by car)) and took my tongue bar out once more. It is true that they can heal up in a day but I've had mine for about 8 years now and I've left it out 2-3days before now. It is also true that it hurt like a biatch when I got it back through again though! The back of my mouth, including tonsils etc, are all inflammed and red and my lymph under my right arm is ridiculously sore, plus I have a fever (or maybe a fever on top of a fever ;))....in short I feel like absolute gutter scum. :( I had to resort to cocodamol and icepops to get my tongue down a bit this morning (enough to go back to sleep for a bit) but woke up again about 2pm with the same problem and, to be honest, I cannot be @rsed to venture out of bed to get any blummin icepops  I've no idea what Thrush (*shudders at the mere word*) of the mouth presents like but I don't think it's this and I would've thought it would've gone south first...? *shudders again*

Tria and Cwta what's Costo (/Costco ;))? I have the lump on the breastbone thing too Auntie Axe and I've been told a few times that it's where the ribs meet the breastbone and rub, causing scar tissue and sometimes inflammation -sometimes it's worse than others...more painful than others...right? And what's a Marfanoid (or whatever you said?) ribcage Tria?

Kass the kitten sounds lovely. I'm no source of info on the matter though so I'll step back and hope that you get him sorted! I'd be angry too tbh! He's in the best hands now though :)

BZ so really, he's only confirmed what you could have told him in the first place..... Sounds like an "I told you so" moment to me.:o
Yeah...but they can be so satisfying sometimes, can't they? :D I really should've got him to write it down and stamp it so I could deliver it to the members of my family (oh yes, they still exist) that think that all this is just a product of depression and/or a psychological reaction causing nuerological (sp?) issues resulting from the issues of my childhood.

BZ get hold of a six-sided die, like you'd use for a board game. Allocate 1 and 2 to one font, 3 and 4 to a second, and 5 and 6 to the third. Now throw the die. Problem solved.:D:rotfl:
I like your thinking there! I think I might mock up an invite in each font, complete with embellishments, and see which goes best.
bz I agree with the throwing the dice thing. If you are disappointed with the answer it comes up with and want to throw it again, you'll know that you secretly wanted "that" one.
I think I already have a softer spot for one of them, as lovely as the other two are I think the details, like the RSVP info, is a little too difficult to read in the frillyer fonts. You guys can see which fonts I'm choosing between if you want..? One, Two, Three (You can put in sample text to see what it would look like with your words, eg "Wedding Invitation").

Can't think of anything else I was going to reply to (and I can't scroll any further back!) so I'll just say hi to Meemee (who I kept forgetting to reply to but can't remember what I was gonna say now!), Suep, Raeh, Unity & Sharon and anyone else I've forgotten momentarily.

I'm not getting dragged into giving an opinion! :D
You choose which you like best, lovey!

Dees is all about Costco. It can be incredibly painful and gives a damn good reason for whipping off your bra as the base rubs right where it hurts.

pcl, I suspect thet cats will store them someplace warm for you when they smell them *g*

MeeMee I'm sorry - I forgot to say Hi too. Nice to see you, to see you, nice. *g*

Wimp! :p I'm leaning towards Sinister Sam, cos I think it's more easily legible and will go better with the pointyness of the butterfly cutouts that will embellish it...if you're interested. :o

The Costo-Costco symptoms sound awfully familiar, but as I'm guessing there's nothing they can do for it (right?) there's probably little point in my asking the GP about yet another condition! :o They have conceded that it is likely that I have Raynauds (sp?) but there's only one med available for it, that opens your blood vessels, but gives you splitting headaches. Erm....no thanks!

Oral Thrush - you don't need to have it down there to get it in here *g*
bz, if your tongue is swelling, give your GP a ring perlease? Is it possible you are allergic to the antiflybotics? You don't want your tongue to continue to swell and cause breathing problems - particularly during your sleep. Tongue swelling really is one of the symptoms you need to advise your doc of straight away.

p.s. Costco - only thing they do is give anti-inflammatories. Like we don't take enough of them anyway *g*

I only said I might... Besides, you were the one that said we were on ignore and then (as I predicted) promptly forgot the next day! ;)

Frightening about the demographic thing...I do some surveys for iPoints and it freaks me out enough when I move up an age category :o

Ordinarily I would agree with you, but I've had similar (tho maybe not so bad) tongue issues before when I had tonsilitis (which I think I have again now?) and also I wouldn't see him any sooner than tomorrow now anyway, plus I have no transport and I cba. If it gets any worse though I promise I will consult emergency doc, ok? Also, if I was allergic to the antibiotics (which I've already finished the course of about 36hrs ago) then it surely would've presented by now? And I really think it's no coincidence that I'm getting worse the longer without antibiotics I am...iyswim?

yep, can also get dog and bunny and some other small animal easter eggs, possibly hamster.
chloe is actually really good, i can leave it opened on the floor even and she wont take unless i give her a piece. though she knows it lives in my bedside drawer and come 9or 10 ish at night she starts begging me to go to bed so she can have her chocolate.
whitney only likes it when she is stealing it from or chasing chloe away. she prefers to lie on it and melt it though, then complains about having to wash herself.

bz i found one of them easier to read than the other two, much easier, but they probably look incredibly different on paper than on screen. i think printing one of each out is a good idea.

P.p.s just rung a med bod that I know personally and she reckons only ring emergency doc if it's really bothering me...I reckon tomorrow should be ok unless it gets worse during the evening...
