Hi all not been around for a while trying to get used to new anti depressents, doctor got her own way in the end
Glad to hear everyone is still around whether well or not.
Anti - Depressans have made me feel a little better went out other night to see a show called Hot Flush the Muscial, if you can get to se it is the best medican around, it was about 4 women and their way of dealing with the menopause. Lesley Joseph was in it she was brilliant and Sam Kane played all the various male parts. Even now I keep thinking of various lines in it and start launghing to myself........
Only a short visit, off to bed got very confused with this hour differnce.0 -

My my, you all have been busy haven't you!!
Glad you found us Jo and welcome back to others.
Sharon, really good to see you. It must be hard to watch programmes like that. I get annoyed enough over people like that without the added extra that you have to deal with.
I get really annoyed with those that you see on telly that are dying because they are so overweight. Especially those that can't get out of bed because of it. I end up shouting at the t.v. I mean, why are the parents/parters etc still bluddy feeding them!!!! They can't get their own food so it's the feeders that are putting the nails in their coffins also  And why do the parents of obese teenagers keep buying the carp for them?
I get upset about my mum too. She was the most wonderful woman who was an unofficial adoptive mum to so many of my friends with terrible parents and it gets me so p!ssed sometimes. It's a natural thing to feel cwta, but I do feel bad about thinking it too!
Well I've sent my kids to bed at quarter to ten! DD1 came to visit so I bought a couple of wii games in the sale at HMV and ordered pizza in. I told them they could stay up late as we were having fun and sent them up at quarter to nine, so I thought  I'm such a bad parent!!!There is no way they will be functional in the morning!

raeh, you've been out of sorts for a while now. Do you think maybe there's sommat you're coming down with? I know it's a given that you've been overdoing it  Should you see your GP? Pretty please? I worry ya know. You never call, you never write
I feel awful that I forgot to ask about the results of your blood tests - what were they? Or did I miss a previous post explaining?I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -

P.s. I've finally made it in to (and out of!) the shower! :j I used the en suite one that I always forget about/discount as it's one of those cubicley ones that can be claustraphobic and I was unimpressed with the flow rate
It was actually quite a pleasant experience and it's probably safer to use that one when DF's not here as I'm not climbing over the side of the bath..?
The reason I ask is cos I had a problem with water arriving in my kitchen via the bathroom floor for some time a few years ago. Turns out, all plumbing had been renewed when the bathroom had been re-arranged a few years ago, 'cept they didn't actually put a new bath or sink in. What happens is, because the fitting a imperial mesurements and the pipes and joints are metric measurements they don't quite fit. Things are fine when they're first set up, but after a few years wear, the joints start to loosen, then before you know it a good gush of water down the plughole springs the joint apart.
I had the man from the council out a few times to re-connect everything (in fact, eventually I got so hissed orf will calling them out that I started fixing it myself), but the only proper cure was having a new bath put in about 4 years ago when the room was slightly remodelled so that I could have a swivel bather put in so I could sit down while I was showering.
[Sorry if that's a bit of a ramble - it's early, and my brain cell hasn't deigned to join me yet.]s/e0 -

Oh dear.
Can anyone tell me if I've take 1 or 2 doses of pain-killers this morning? No? Oh well, if I start typing gibberish (or more gibberish than usual) we'll know I doubled up, won't we. Oops.s/e0
