hi lucie, can you scan any of the documents you've got or have received from FP - Hfs sounds familiar to me with another client but I don't really recall the details - maybe they're now part of capital one - if you could get the documents to me 'll be able to give you a better idea of what's going on

ps just because you think you were ringing FP for the loan doesn't always mean you actually talked to them - in my experience all FP loan applications were handled through one broker or another even though the telephone number you rang was supposed to be FPs- they just didn't tell you it wasn't actualy FP you were talking to !!

i cant scan but the letter with hfs on it has a number i rang it and it took me straight to capital one who said they have no record of me and they also said if i was paying fp direct they were the arranger of the loan

right hfs are owned by Captial One Home Owner Loans Limited, their address is :

you need to write to them copying in the letter sent to you by FP
