sorry to be a pain marshallka but i am so confused!!! my payments went to a different company that was brought from money partners. i rang money partners who said freedom were my brokers. i then contacted freedom who new about the loan and said i went through them but the account number that freedom and money partners gave me are different. so do i just use the one freedom gave me and write to freedom?0 -

Wouldn't the two be usually included in the one for misselling??0

Hi MollyMoo
I am so sorry to hear this and yes there have been a few over the threads the last few days.
Did you know though you can ask them to reconsider and/or ask for another opinion by another adjudicator?;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
not sure this would do any good the adjudicator rang me a few weeks ago asking my questions about why i ticked the box and my emploment at the time. Dont think I came out of that vey well still at least I tried. I may just request another look into it0

hi everyone sorry to be a pain i have tryed working out figures but to no avail northern rock are going to refund me some of my premiums but im still thinking about going to FOS for full refund can anyone tell me if there offer is going to be considerably less
ppi amount was £16,412.40 on a £25000 loan total amount was £50,245.20
ppi mth premium was £136.77 and loan was £281.94 total £418.71 a mth
i paid 25 mths total was £10,467.75 and settlement figure was £26,608.18
after a ppi rebate of £7301.55
and interest rebate of £7897.72
they have admitted that the sale of ppi did not meet all of there standards and are refunding me
£6,525.34 and 8% interest of £1794.89 total £8,320.23
i know i was mis sold the policy it was never fully explained about front loading and partial refunds so i know i have a case there but im not sure how much the true figure would be if there is anyone who is good with numbers could take a look i would be gratefull then if it is a significant difference then i will push further thank you0 -
well i posted the letter to hsbc on friday regarding three loans i had with them over the years, all of them completed early but was definate on ppi mis-sold. just had a phone call to tell me they have received my complaints and they are looking into it!!! hopefully they will be this quick in paying what they owe me!! but i very much doubt it.0
