    Hi

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL

I have just sent letters to FOS re two loans from TSB that were mis sold. I knew we had taken another loan in 2005 but am unable to find all the paperwork nd I wanted to check if this also, had been mis-sold. All i have is the letter from Lloyds confirming that the loan was our and date of first monthly repayment (2005). can we request paperwork from TSB and would we need to pay a fee to get it. All replies appreciated. Thanks to Di for all support so far.
Hi and Happy new year to you too.

Yes, you can request all the paperwork if you wish or just the agreements perhaps (if the loans are ongoing). A SAR (which is everything a company holds on you) would cost £10 and could take them up to 40 days to arrive and just for the agreements (if the loans are still active although most firms will comply even if they are not but no guarantees!!) would cost £1 and could take up to 12 days usually. If you go for the SAR there is a template letter here

You always send these letters by recorded delivery so you have proofs and if you have the agreement numbers or info on the loans already then I would just send the reclaim letters already as they should have details and this would save you time too.

    Good luck

Hi all, not been on a while. Still waiting on BoS to give me my figure on my loan PPI! They have one day to pay me, lol.

Anyway I have a quick question on another PPI matter - my partner is starting a PPI claim on credit cards with Lloyds TSB.

We are doing a SAR request first, but which address to use? The sticky has quite a few different ones for them and I want to use the correct one for a SAR request. Also who would the £10 cheque be payable to?

Many thanks in advice for any help.

Oh, and Happy New Year all!

Never a no go until they tell you that mollymoo. Its only the cost of the postage so always worth a shot if you have been missold. I would perhaps ask them then for a copy of the agreement and see what they say and then give it a go with reclaiming. Failing that then just send a letter with whatever proof you have of the account maybe.;) Its good you have the account number and they do not know you do not have the agreement.

Mollymoo, failing all the above there is always the insurers route.

    Hi Kazza

I would at first write to the catalogue and take it from there.;)

If you want this cancelled as well, you can do this the same time on your reclaim letter.

    Good luck. X
