Hi all, RBS are in the process of reviewing my mis-sold PPI complaint and I've now received a letter requesting a phone call with me so that the case officer can hear my recollections of what happened when I took out the policy.
Has anybody else received a similar request for a telephone interview from RBS and would you say it was advisable to go ahead with the call or rather stick to written communication?
Many thanks.0 -

Hi Boobar
Yes I have heard of this, but if you decide to do this, do what is best for you, you could write to them and tell them you have already told them everything on your letter and you still expect to hear from them 8 weeks as from the date of your original letter.
It is entirely up to you, just make sure they don't try to fob you off, good luck and hope you hear of a good outcome soon.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I have just received an e-mail from a company offering to help my reclaim my mis-sold PPI (too late the MSE'rs helped me for free) & do you know how professional they are? In the list of banks they have Bank of Scotland (RBS) - these are two different banks - I think all the people who post asking if they should use these companies should note - they might not even be capable of sending your claim to the right place!
Away to run spybot as I obviously have some unwated tracking on my lappie0
