Depending on your own reason of what occurs to youm, then you write to them by writing down your reasons, for example, if you had a pre medical condition when you taken this policy out, if you tried to make a claim at a later date, it's unlikely that it will cover you.
They have 8 weeks to respond in full, keep at them until they either resolve in your favour or until they issue you with the final decision, which should also enclose details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), if your not happy with the final you can take your complaint to them.
Post by recorded delivery, this is your proof of posting.
Good luck with this and ask if any further help is required.;)
Thanks for your help.
Have sent a PPI complaint to both Abbey & Black Horse.
I think I have a bloody good case against the BH, not sure about the Abbey.
What annoys me more than anything is the amount of interest I am paying on a product I didnt need. I had no clue what the actual figures are, (£27,048.00 for a £12,000 loan), until last week.0 -
Hi
I am currently sorting out my template letter to send to Egg to try and reclaim PPI on a loan they gave me to cover the balances from my credit cards a few years ago.
Should I write to the loan servicing department or the registered office address thou?
Thanks

Hi Star
Good luck with this.
Maybe the registered office, hopefully someone will confirm the best one who are dealing with them.
If you require any help at all, just post up, good luck.;)
