PPI Reclaiming Discussion part 4

Thanks di3004.
Will I still be able to challenge the other PPI claims, after I have accepted this settlement though? I'm concerned because, although they are new and therefore separate loan agreements, they were all with A&L. Like extensions to the existing loans.
But.....accepting that money is very tempting!February wins: Theatre tickets0 -

If you complained just on one loan in the beginning without mentioning about the others that is not a problem, we had a few going on a sepatate basis, so it should not be a problem.;)

That's great.
Thanks di3004!
Having a good week this week! Won festival tickets to the Lowlands festival here in NL on Tuesday morning! They would've cost €150 each to buy! I could sell them for just over 200 GBP each now on seatwave, but OH and I are really looking forward to going and having a great time!

The News of the World is doing a story on complaints to the Financial Ombudsman.
The journalist is looking to interview people who’ve complained to the ombudsman about any of the following three areas: payment protection insurance (PPI), bank charges and credit card charges.
If you would like to take part, please send me a private message, including your name and the best telephone number to get you on.
Thanks very much.0 -
In my experience with Welcome they haven't got a leg to stand on and as the loan was only taken last year they should have sufficient information with your name and address. Dont fill in this form. Simply send another letter, phone first if you want to speak to them stating should they not be able to help you in the timescale you will take your complaint to the FOS. They made me take out a loan with PPI as I was made to understand that no PPI, No loan. My complaint was before the regulation unfortunately. They have been regulated since FEB 2003 so you have a case and they are paying out especially after FOS become involved. Good Luck. Be very firm!
Thanks very much for your help shamrock7 and dI3004 regarding this matter, I have sent my letter off to them today, I decided not to fill out the questionnaire and stated how disappointed I was and that they should have all the information they need, I will give them the 8 weeks from the date of my first letter and who knows!!! Fingers crossed:rolleyes:0 -

Nassie received a letter from A&L yesterday.
They refer to the telephone conversation se had on tuesday and has told her their decision remains unchanged and no refund will be issued at this time.
They regret that they will not enter into any further correspondence regarding this matter unless instructed by the FOS.
This is their final response letter so guess what I will be doing today.
Hope you all have a good day and I will be on later as I have the weekend off0 -
