    Hi All,
Can I please ask a question that may very well have been asked already?...
Are we able to make a financial hardship claim with PPI claims or does it only apply to Bank charge claims?
At the stage where I need to call some of my debts in, I've also got a couple of my PPI claims with the Ombudsman, need to know if i can get them involved.

    Really appreciate any help here.

    Thanks in advance

hi, im not too sure, but i think the hardship route is only for reclaiming bank charges, while the test case is still going on.... its the only way they are paying out at the mo, before the testcase result.......as i said though.. i am not too sure on this ;)
Corduroy pillows are making headlines! Back home in London now after 27years wait! Duvet know it's Christmas, not original, it's a cover.

Just found this on intermediary/insurer relationships

    http://www.out-law.com/page-9886

    http://www.lawcom.gov.uk/docs/intermediaries_policy_v2.pdf

I know the second link is scottish but would not think that it was too different in england, wales.

I have rang A&L again this morning on Linda's behalf and they still have not passed her case on to a caseworker.

It has been 7 weeks now since they received the complaint, looks like this one will go to the FOS.

So much for their customer service:mad:

Sorry to hear that Showergirl. They will probably leave it to the last minute anyway. Lets keep fingers crossed that they look at this in the next week.

I will ring them on Monday but I do not think I will get anywhere and we have the forms ready for the FOS.
