Hi All,
Can I please ask a question that may very well have been asked already?...
Are we able to make a financial hardship claim with PPI claims or does it only apply to Bank charge claims?
At the stage where I need to call some of my debts in, I've also got a couple of my PPI claims with the Ombudsman, need to know if i can get them involved.
Really appreciate any help here.
Thanks in advance

I have rang A&L again this morning on Linda's behalf and they still have not passed her case on to a caseworker.
It has been 7 weeks now since they received the complaint, looks like this one will go to the FOS.
So much for their customer service:mad:0 -
Sorry to hear that Showergirl. They will probably leave it to the last minute anyway. Lets keep fingers crossed that they look at this in the next week.:mad:0
