Hi guys hooray got through to them first time!!! :jour claim has gone to Deloittes the man said that we should hopefully hear from them this week and if they did not need further info from us our claim may be sorted this week. I am really really hoping it will it may just stop our repo although i just hope they dont need more info. Keep my fingers and everything else crossed I hope that this applies to everyone elses claim too;)

    Diaylis,
If the information you've had from from this forum is able to reverse your repo then I think this would be fantastic!

Here's hoping that justice is done!

I have been demanding this information from Picture for the last 2 years and they have flat out refused to tell me!

I wanted to find out how much of my monthly repayment was for the PPI so that I could reduce my payment down to pay only the interest and repayment on the loan amount whilst the compliant was being looked at.

This is probably why they won't say as I think a lot of others would try and do the same.

You can work it out yourself from like in the post I did above.

    Dialysis,
I honestly don't know. I would assume that a lot of the donkey work has already been done given that Picture have been pending defualt for over 5 months.

Deliotte are a commercial outfit and therefore far more efficient than the FSCS, however the best laid plans and all that.

At the very least you should be able to use this news to buy some breathing space..

    Cheers

    Hi Guys,

Well I started claiming back my PPI with BarclayCard way back in Feb 2009. After eight weeks they told me that they could not resolve my claim, so I wrote of a complaint to the FSO. About a week after doing that I got a form to fil in from Barclaycard, nothing to do with FSO as they wrote to say I had to send a copy of the last letter from Barclaycard.

Well on Saturday I got a letter from Barlcaycard to say that they can refund me £8,547 !!!:grin::grin:

A result. This is a big plus to help claim down my balances.
  • Hi all,

I'm in the process of drafting my first letter in an attempt to reclaim many years of PPI payment.
Before I send my letter off, I'm a little concerned if the whole process will have a negative impact on my credit rating.
I've been a customer of NatWest for most of my life and my Mastercard was with them. I'm still a customer so if I am to go ahead to try and reclaim PPI, can and will NatWest take action to impact me negatively in some way?
If not then I'll go ahead.
Also, do I need to send my first letter to my local branch or do I need to send to another address?

    Most appreciative of any responses.

I have rang A&L this morning and have been told that Ithey have until the 24th of July to respond to my complaint and I will not hear anything before then.

When I explained that I was told that a caseworker would be looking at my complaint this week they told me that no one would be looking into my complaint yet as they had cases older than mine.

    I am furious:mad:
