I am hopeless at putting words together myself.......:o, but we can all try to work this one out together, your a good one.;)

Sorry that is me with my hopeless wording again lol :o, what I mean is what we should call/name the petition.;) Does that help?:D;)
    Your certainly not thick XXXX

Hi everyone - had our letter from the FOS stating that First Plus are willing to refund all our PPI premiums plus interest on these payments plus the 8% interest. He did recommend that they pay us £500.00 in compensation which First Plus have refused to do and they are also not admitting mis-selling! My question is we really need the money asap and I am not sure how long it will take if we go back to the FOS and say that we do want the £500.00. Does anyone have any idea. I have the signed letter (accepting settlement minus the £500.00) sitting in front of me waiting to post so it gets there on Monday but am now unsure as I think we are entitled to the £500.00 as well. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

With a bit of luck we shall hear something later, it will be good if we can move on with this one as soon as we can.
I think Marshallka should be here later as well.;)XXX

Good one Di are we planning to do this petition just on here or elsewhere too I think we should get enough to sign on here dont you? I agree about the write up part and putting in about the lenght of time it has taken from contacting the FOS and right through to the FSCS. The consequences of the amount of time it is taking re loss of homes, the stress this has caused physically and mentally.

    :T:T:T:T:T
That is a great on dialysis.:T:T:T:T And if we bring in about the debts as well due to this.

In the write up part we need to disclose about why people are losing their homes due to this and the debts that come from this.
I have also since edited my post above with a link in regards of petitions.;)

    Hi there.

    Great news, well done.:beer::T:beer:

I taken it if that is what the FOS suggested then they would have to go along with this.

But if this is the first adjudicator and if FP have not completely gone in your favour, it may be a case that it will be moved on to the ombudsman.
It can take some time, unless your in financial hardship, you can let the FOS know.

Hopefully someone will post up on this one for you, who have been in the same situation as yourself where they refuse to pay out the extra compo, good luck, hope all goes your way.;)

I agree with you dialysis, there are many on here in the same position, we can always ask on the dfw thread as well.;)

Just a thought, maybe we should move Petition subject over to the non ppi discussion thread here.;)

    Hi there

No your not being stupid lol :D

PPI can vary, this depends on how much loan there is as well, it's generally dearer by the provider, and works out lot less if purchased a stand alone cover.

And of course these PPI, the interest on these adds up as well, which makes them even more expensive in the long run.

I am not good on actually explaining on how this works, and sure someone will post on this later for you.;)
