Hi Would not go there if I was you. Anybody asking for money up front is not a good idea. Are you saying you have PPI on these cards? If you took the cards out without PPI why do you want this written off. If you have used the card and spent the money you need to pay it back:confused:

Hi there. Does anyone know if Ace catalogues have been fined for mis-selling ppi's?

Oh my favourite topic, ambulance chaser firms.

I would stay clear of all these company's especially if they are telling you they can clear your debt, as this is a breach of their regulation. Any honest firm like this would not charge anything up front and would charge a maxmium of 10% of any redress you receive.

There are enough template letters on this site for you to have a crack by yourself anyway.

In my line of business I have never heard of Nectar claims, but Ratio Money I have had a couple of dealings with, and they are pretty useless.

Aklso Nectar Claims aren't even regulated to give claims management services!!!
I tell ambulance chasers where to go for a living, but am willing to help genuine claimants

    Hi everyone

Hope you are all having a good day.

Finally got nassie up and running and I have told her she can use the computer anytime.

I was really annoyed when she rang a and l and was told that she had not been allocated a case worker yet.( we put the phone on loud speaker so I could hear what they said).

They say they are doing them in date order and will get back to her on the 24th of July.

I told her it may have to go to the FOS. she has given me the forms to fill in for her and I got her to sign them, so they are ready.

So much for treating customers fairly. I bet they wouldn't wait this long if it was us owing them money
