    Hi Amersall

Are you able to help skintmumofone. Hope you ok. Have cleared tar off now and feel a lot better. From what I understand tar is good at preventing colds so I should be fine for this year.:)

That is apalling behaviour. Write and ask what they are playing at. Probably PPI was added at point of filling out agreement. I would take it further send the SAR and 10.00 be recorded delivery so you can see a copy of the original agreement then we can go from there.:D

    Oh the joys....
got a letter from FP today saying they are not taking the blame basically for giving me a loan they say loans.co are responsible and they have passed my letter to them a) I took the first loan with them loans.co but the 2nd was done with FP only so I think they need to get their facts right dont you?

    Am so mad.,.....any suggestions?

Also with WF posted on other forum but to cut a long story short they have sent me a letter charging me £20 for not paying a dd that is due today and I have actually paid it in cash? Can anyone help me with a letter to them cos I will lose my head if I telephone them, got a receipt for the payment and also got a balance statement saying we owed £18,998 and odd pence they have charged me over £1000 in charges and letter fees and telephone calls all 11 of them last week and this week harrassement that is!

Honestly I am about to crack up have enough on my plate without this crap.....

    Very unhappy today xx

    Hi hun

Me too sorry to hear your not have a very happy day of it today.

I had 2 loans with the same lender, the first one was dealt with by the broker and the 2nd loan was an advance, so you could actually have 2 separate complaints here, write to the first one and the lender on the 2nd one.

I was told that from the FOS when they were dealing with my Nemo complaint over a year ago.

So write back until its the final response, make them aware of what loan your on about, tell them if they do not resolve this you will have to take this matter further.

And in regards of them charging you that amount is pathetic of them, I would also complain on that and tell them you feel your not treated fairly here and you want this sorted out and put right, if not then further action will be taken with either the financial ombudsman or you will seek legal advice, this may make them think, but you could always contact the FOS anyway and see what they say on this matter.

Hopefully others will also post up with some suggestions here for you hun, but I wish you luck and hope it resolves very soon.;)

You lot still here? :D I'd thought you would all be millionaires now with yer ppi claims :p

Bit of a tricky one but hope someone can advise ;)

I thought everything was going well so far, have a few claims with FOS and waiting patiently for their response however at the start of February Monument wrote and offered just over £1k for ppi charges and all they wanted was a letter of acceptance.

Of course I swiftly wrote back but in the past few weeks OH been contacted by Lowell, a DCA saying they now own the debt. I wrote to both Lowell and Monument for a CCA request just to see who owned the debt as there was no sign of the ppi refund on the account.

Monument wrote back today with a rapid reply card (their answer to a CCA request  ) and printed terms and conditions that could be anyone's and at the bottom of the letter informing OH that debt has been passed to Lowell's and contact them in the future.

No sign or word of the refund for ppi, so what is my next step? Lowells haven't responded to my CCA request yet and they wouldn't have a clue about the ppi would they?

    many thanks
