£10 and SAR them or just put a claim in, stating my referance and the address I had at the time etc....So I then thought what about all my other loans....I had a tesco one which I think I have the account number for, but not the paperwork, It appears I was still paying for this in 2006 according to my statements (Sept), so I know the 6 years is fast approaching - so should I £1 and get agreement or ...
Put the claim in you only need the account number and reasons for mis sell.
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance#step2The Northern Rock one - i really needed the loan at the time and was told this would be fantastic to secure teh loan as I could prove I was able to pay - and I am sure the tesco one was very similar0 -
Hi, I am new here and hope I am in the right place.
My mortgage lender is the halifax, my insurer was legal and general and I had a financial adviser set up both my mortgage and insurance cover. I have hardly any paperwork as it was paid off after being diagnosed with cancer by me and not any insurance cover. There is one sentence in the paper work I have which reads "payment protection automatically included", does this sound like a ppi claim possibility. If this is worth persuing who do I send the inital letter too. thanks in anticipation.0 -

Northern Rock was sold by the government to Virgin Money, owned by Richard Branson. One assumes that Richard has also taken on the liability of fraudulent PPI selling.
Contact Virgin Money and claim from them
