Woof! Thanks Amersall. And the name's Kuffs! (I used to get teased at secondary school for my ridiculously long shirt sleeves-a bit like Harry Hill's high collars!) Kruffs sounds a bit like a certain famous dog show!

any paperwork relating to your loans and showing details i.e account numbers, ppi payments, dates etc don't worry about being on the wrong side of the bank the fos and fsa would take a very dim view of that.
HEY YOU, its not you who should be worried >>> it is your bank who committed fraud, they should be worried about you and what you are about to do.
We asked 1000 people .... if you saw your bank manger laying in the road what would you do ?
Walk away 90%
Where is the money you stole from me 80%
Would i help my Lloyds manager --- WHO IS HE ?? 100%
In the gutter, don't you belong there ???? 100%

Can anyone please help?
I have been trying to claim ppi back from HSBC on a mortgage since March 2010. With the involvment of the Financial Ombudsman I have finally received an offer which is made up of the premiums I paid as well as 8% interest. They have not admitted liability though. Firstly, should there also be some compensation in this? Secondly, my case is due to be in front of a FOS adjudicator very soon - should I accept the offer or let them adjudicate? I am confident that I am in the right in claiming this money. The other option I have is to acccept the offer but attach a note saying that I still believe that I am due some compensation and THEN let it go to adjudication?
Anyone in a similar position that can advice?
Thank you.0 -

Thank you.
Hi, you can accept the offer subject to further investigation or just accept it.
They will not admit liability, what company would admit to fraud big time ?
You can sue HSBC if due to their fraud, it damaged your credit file and caused you damage.
Let's face it HSBC were recently fined millions by the FSA for defrauding OAP's out of their savings, not a bank to trust or deal with0 -
Thank you will try and find out who i complain to Debbie.0
