would be (1) 20% is roughly the ppi amount
or (2) take 238.32 times this by the term of the loan eg. 36mths, then take that total away from the amount loaned (what you borrowed not total cost of loan) eg. you borrowed £10,000 and that remaining figure is the amount of ppi
Would you mind if I sent you a PM regarding this please.0 -

Good evening,
Apologies, because I know I seen it in the thread, but would someone mind giving me the email address for CEO at Barclays, please?
I'm experiencing a run around relating to PPI on credit cards from Morgan Stanley and Goldfish.
Thank you0 -

Have received upheld letters on some loans dated back from 1998 - 2001. Lloyds state that they no longer have full details of these loans so will offer £1,200 per loan.
I do have full details of two of the loans, and I know I will sound extremely thick when admitting to this, but I do not know if I am actually entitled to more - or less. I don't want to accept less when in fact I am entitled to much more than they are offering, in the hope that I do not have the details either.
I do not really want to put all the details on here, but was wondering if someone was willing to advise me on this please. I do not need exact figures, but do not want to fall foul of Lloyds again.
Thank you.
If you dont then you may have to accept the offers they have made.0 -
These are over 10 years old, this is why they have offered you the 3 amounts,if you have the agreements, send these to them (copies) and they will pay you the full redress.

Thats good offering if they have no paperwork, Yorkshire Bank sent me my 2 loan account numbers on my SAR from 1998 and 2001, then when i submitted a claim they said that they cant find the paperwork so are closing the claim. I am so mad, so with Beamerguy and Cappos help we put a letter together and ive sent that back to them.
Its typical thou, I dont have the original paperwork for Yorkshire loans  but HSBC loan paperwork from 1996 and 1998, i do have and they didnt need it they still had details and paid out!!!
Fingers x for a result from this letter0
